The service was fast from the very beginning, and he made everything easy for us. We ordered pull-ups for my son, and the quality was very good. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.

The Complete Care Medical team is extremely efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with! My pump had an unfortunate drowning incident and within 24 hours of contacting Lauren, I have a brand new pump, a new stash of storage bags, various sizes of flanges to try AND it was all covered almost entirely by my insurance—all coordinated by the Complete Care team. 10/10, will go to CCM for any future medical equipment needs!

Ordering and obtaining a breast pump from Complete Care Medical was a quick and seamless experience! Lauren was super helpful - she took care of everything, including the prescription from my doctor. She was also prompt in her responses and the whole process took virtually no effort in my part. The pump and storage bags arrived within a day or two of ordering. I also loved that I was able to upgrade to the pump I really wanted with just a small fee. I had previously spoken to another DME company who told me that that was not possible and I would have to pay full price for the upgraded pump. Highly recommend CMC!
