I used to come here 20 years ago with my Jetta. They were great. I was worried when recently we bought a VW again that the service would be different with new ownership. I was pleasantly surprised. They are reasonably priced and very friendly. Shout out to Joey for his awesome service. I came by with no appointment because some warnings came up on my car while driving. They checked it out and even aired all my tires. Told me what to check for. This auto shop is the main reason I will probably continue buying VW!

We've been to VW mechanics all over the Portland metro area over the last 10+ years. If you have a European car, this is the place to take it. There are many repair shops to be found in the area, but it is hard to find people as kind and honest and friendly as the team at Trafton's, and they stand by their work. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I saw how high the review score was and tricked myself to come here, brought it here for turn off engine coolant leak, took it there 4 or 5 times spent over 7,500 they never fixed the problem is brought it there it there for and gave it about 2 or 3 more problem, even had the audacity to say the 4 times you brought it here the head gasket passed but on the 5th time it failed and this is after doing everything they requested, charged me all the way up fixed things that didnt need to be fixed as they never fixed the original problem
