I have paused PT training for 5 years and so glad that Fit Culture brought me back to this incredible journey.A huge shout out to my trainer Howard, who is incredibly calm and knowledgeable. Just within 10 sessions (1.5 months), he has transformed my perspective on fitness. Not only has he taught me effective techniques for training my muscles, but he's also helped me understand how to boost my metabolism (which was a struggle for me for many years)Just sharing some encouraging results I got today, my weight has maintained the same, while muscle mass has gone up and fat mass dropped 1%. The biggest surprise for me has been my Basal Metabolic Rate, which has jumped from under 1800 kcal to 2400 kcal! Meaning I can eat a lot more to fuel up the training and getting better results. I am genuinely happy and hope more people could benefit from Fit Culture and Howard💕

I was experiencing back pain when performing squats at the gym. I wanted to continue training legs but thought it would be a good idea to seek the expertise of a trainer. A friend who is a bodybuilder recommended Fitculture who in turn put me in touch with Howard. Howard quickly identified the sources of the weak points in my squats and provided me with effective supplementary exercises and movements/stretches. He also generated an effective leg training program which allowed me to continue my progress despite my back problems. I strongly recommend Fitculture to anyone seeking a PT, they are welcoming and very professional.
