My wife and I used this company for a new brick walkway and repair to our brick porch step.While the the workers were wonderful and did good work, the boss/owner Ryan left much to be desired as he had no interest in hearing about an issue I had with the step after it was completed. Even though his workers notified him of the problem he made no effort to reach out despite his crew notifying him.The problem did finally get corrected approximately 3 months later. As I said, the work crew does great work and I would give Ryan's CREW 5 stars for their work. I think there was a miscommunication as to what work was to be done to my step- I was quoted & paid for a bigger job than what was initially done. Despite the owner finally calling me, and only after this review was initially posted, I would still give HIM 2 stars. He didn't call me when I had an issue with the work, but he sure called when he had an issue with my post!
