Working with Tiffanie has been so eye opening and beneficial. Tiffanie has a straight forward approach which I really appreciate..no sugar coating or "fluff". The two programs, Discover You and Rewire You, are very well thought out and organized with helpful tools, workbooks, links, videos. She provides daily thought provoking questions and responds with wise coaching and suggestions. Tiffanie is very down to earth, warm and easy to talk to. I was impressed with her attention to detail and attentiveness and quick response with any questions along the way. I have tried many different programs along the way and this was by far the most helpful in that it encouraged me to look at previously held beliefs that I needed to challenge and determine if valid. I began to recognize how my thoughts are not always true or based in reality and how our thoughts influence our beliefs, emotions, behaviors, actions and the course of our life in either a positive or negative way and that we have the power to choose how we want to live our lives without sitting back, waiting for others to change, believing that will make us happy and have the life we so desire. Tiffanie is a diamond in the rough and I highly recommend her program for anyone who has been stuck thinking, "If my husband ( mother, son, daughter, anyone) would just change, then I would be okay".
