Signed up for the 8 week starter course. Just over halfway now & loving it. All the coaches are lovely & really good at adapting WODs to suit different fitness levels. Made to feel very welcome be everyone I’ve met so far.

Very nice gym with different types of activities like CrossFit, Hyrox, jiujitsu, kick boxing and others. The team is great and very professional. The environment is super inclusive and available for all ages and skills/fitness levels.

joined a month ago.each class has been different and interesting.at start everything is explained what you will be doing and why you are doing it and also demonstrated.the friendly helpful coaches work with us all offering helpful advice and good habits to improve.since the first session ive been made very welcome and have enjoyed training alongside others at the club.please give it a go
