I first found out about this place online, and ever since my first free trial class I've loved every second of training. Everyone whenever i first walked in were the most welcoming I've ever seen, and didn't make me feel like an outsider, which most gyms do.I would absolutely come here, if you are looking for a good grappling spot, or are just looking for a good workout, this is your place.

I bought a few educational books from a local on line sale. The meet up spot was infront of Grapple Cove. The mom I met had kids in class there. She couldn't stop talking about how amazing its been and how much it was helping her kids. How amazing the teacher was. He has experience with nurodevegant kids... it takes 12 weeks.. hang in for 12 weeks then decide she said she was told. By the end of 12 weeks her son never wants to miss a class, cant wait for class.I have never come across another parent who was so all in before. Recommendations sure but never like this. So I waited for the session to end and spoke to the owner. I went on line and signed up for a free class. My son didn't make it to the end. He felt he didn't know what the other kids knew. Daniel spoke with us and I mentioned starting with private lessons. Let my son catch up to what the other kids knew. I am ao bery greatful that they take the step up scholarship. As affordable as it is, we would have struggled to afford it anyway. My son is 12 and there is only one thing he's ever kept with. Music therapy )Florida music therapy) I feel so blessed that we found something else to be a part of. Daniel is so good with him. He might be able to speak my sons language better than I can. In a short time my son is already doing twice a week. There is so much more then exercise involved. Confidence, awareness.. Im so glad I bought those books! I wouldn't have thought to join something like this. But its not just activity.. the secret is the teacher. I know that if we tried this with anyone else, it wouldn't have went well.

My 4 year old son has been with Grapple Cove for a couple of months and it has been incredible. He has so much more confidence in his capabilities. It’s such a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. All the children show respect to the coach and with each other. I definitely recommend trying them out.

My 5 year old daughter is very shy and gets scared easy. My husband and I decided to start her in some sort of martial arts and with the recommendation of a friend we found Daniel and Daynee from Grapple Cove Jiu-Jitsu. My daughter started Jiu-Jitsu with Grapple Cove back in June and at first It was a shock to her, she did not want to go. She did not like it. Then Daniel and Daynee accommodated her to start her slow, they worked with her individually and with the group. Daynee is very patient and very good with the youngest ones. She built trust and helped my daughter improve, be more confident and now a few months later I am so happy to say my daughter is doing so good. she actually asks to go, she participates and with the help of the coaches is improving every day. I 100% recommend Grapple Cove Jiu-Jitsu to anyone who might have a similar situation and is interested in Jiu-Jitsu. So much so I also signed up my 2 year old to start getting familiar and start learning with them.

We’ve had such a great experience here! The coaches are amazing with the kids and do a really good job of making jiu jitsu fun while still teaching discipline, respect, and confidence. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids and want to see them improve, both on and off the mats. The environment is welcoming and positive, and my child always leaves excited about what they learned. I’ve also noticed a difference in their confidence since starting. We’re really happy we found this place and would definitely recommend it to any parent looking for a great jiu jitsu program for their child!

After attending one class, I knew this is where I wanted to train. Walking in with no clue on what to expect, everyone was welcoming and accommodating of my lack of experience. No one made me feel stupid, quite the contrary. Extra time was spent making sure I undersood the games, goals and how to accomplish what we were working on. The more experienced guys allowed me to work through things instead of immediately taking me down. You can tell Daniel has a true passion for Jiu Jitsu. He wants to see you improve both in the gym and out of it. Im excited for my future at Grapple Cove.

We love Grapple Cove! High quality and age-appropriate instruction in a small group environment. It took my 4-year-old son a few classes to get comfortable, and the coaches were very patient with him. Now he is excited for every class! He has learned and improved so much in just the last month. We are excited for him to continue growing at Grapple Cove!

This Jiu Jitsu facility truly feels like a home away from home. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into an environment that is clean, organized, and well-maintained. The instructors are skilled, patient, and genuine in their desire in helping every student grow, regardless of skill level. My children are 6 and 4 and were VERY shy and closed off and are starting to transform into confident and strong kids. My 2 year old will be joining asap too.The atmosphere is positive, respectful, and family-oriented, making it a great place for both kids and adults. The facility runs smoothly, classes are structured, and there is a strong sense of community among everyone who trains here. Excited for the new location!!!If you’re looking for a place to learn Jiu Jitsu, build confidence, stay active, and be part of an amazing team, I highly recommend this facility. It’s more than just a gym—it’s a second family.❤️

I think Grapple Cove will soon become the go-to gym for people who want to compete at a high level in BJJ. Daniel cares about his students as individuals, and puts everyone in situations where they really learn to fight. We do standup rounds, positional rounds, full free roll rounds, etc. It feels like real preparation.
