Our family absolutely loves Grapple Cove! Daynee teaches a great tots class that our 2.5 year old daughter attends and can’t get enough of. Grapple Cove jiu Jitsu has been amazing to train with!! I have multiple daughters and Grapple Cove has been a safe, fun place for my entire family to train. Hope for the best but train for the worst! It has been so fun getting to see my children and wife gain confidence, practice and skills needed to defend and protect themselves if they ever need to!They’ve also been doing virtual trainings even if you don’t live in the area.I would 1000% recommend Grapple Cove to anyone looking for a style of martial arts!

We can’t say enough good things about Grapple Cove! Our daughter is 4 and has always been extremely shy (very much a “glued to mom” kid). From day one, the coaches and staff have been incredibly welcoming and patient, helping her feel comfortable around other kids her age.They do an amazing job teaching jiu jitsu in a fun, toddler-appropriate way that keeps kids engaged while building real confidence. The growth we’ve seen in our daughter (both in and out of class) has been incredible. She gets so excited to go to class and comes home eager to show us everything she’s learned.They’ve also been very understanding with scheduling conflicts. We drive about 20 minutes to get here, even though there are closer gyms to us, and it’s completely worth it. Grapple Cove is personable, family-friendly, fairly priced, and truly feels like a community.Highly recommend for both kids and adults.
