We love Grapple Cove! High quality and age-appropriate instruction in a small group environment. It took my 4-year-old son a few classes to get comfortable, and the coaches were very patient with him. Now he is excited for every class! He has learned and improved so much in just the last month. This Jiu Jitsu facility truly feels like a home away from home. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into an environment that is clean, organized, and well-maintained. The instructors are skilled, patient, and genuine in their desire in helping every student grow, regardless of skill level. My children are 6 and 4 and were VERY shy and closed off and are starting to transform into confident and strong kids. My 2 year old will be joining asap too.The atmosphere is positive, respectful, and family-oriented, making it a great place for both kids and adults. The facility runs smoothly, classes are structured, and there is a strong sense of community among everyone who trains here. I think Grapple Cove will soon become the go-to gym for people who want to compete at a high level in BJJ. Daniel cares about his students as individuals, and puts everyone in situations where they really learn to fight. We do standup rounds, positional rounds, full free roll rounds, etc. It feels like real preparation.
