I’m so glad I did!!Mark listened carefully to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire session, explaining what he was doing and why. He outlined a clear treatment plan and what the goals would be moving forward. The next day, I was genuinely shocked to realize that after just one adjustment I was already experiencing significant relief, not only in my back, but also in a long‑standing neck issue.I’m thrilled with the results and excited to continue as part of a maintenance program. My only regret is not starting sooner.
