Have used Leo and his team for several projects over the years.First one was a beach house on longboat key where he painted the full exterior of the home as well as full interior.Second was our home in Lakewood Ranch where he and his crew painted our 4 car garage interior walls and ceilings as well as the exterior garage doors.Most recently he spent a week going through our brand new build in Lakewood ranch and brought the builders paint job up to our standard of quality.He is always quick to quote a job and get the team started. Stays in communication for timeline and has no issue coming back if something needs addressed or touched up.I trust Leo 100% for all our painting projects.

We got Leo’s (Golden Brush) name from a friend who had had him do a fairly significant renovation. We called Leo the day after hurricane Helene because of extensive damage on the ground floor of our house. He had a crew there within 24 hours. They worked tirelessly to rip out our drywall, damaged cabinets and everything else that was affected by the hurricane. They worked efficiently and did excellent work. On the few occasions where I noticed something that wasn’t exactly perfect, I brought it to Leo’s attention and it was promptly fixed. After his crew did all the repair work from the hurricane, we had him paint about half of the outside of the house and that came out great as well.One of the most impressive things about Leo is that he does what he says. If he says he’s going to be there at 8 o’clock in the morning he is there. Also, he maintains excellent communication. You don’t have to wonder if you’re going to hear from him on a question. His prices are very reasonable. We were so impressed with Leo that when one of our friends fired a contractor who was completely botching my friends renovation job we referred him to Leo. By that time, he was very skeptical of any contractor and watched over Leo and his crew like a hawk. But once he saw what kind of work they were doing he relaxed and Leo did a complete renovation. So we can’t recommend Leo and Golden Brush enough. He does great work.

I have been using Neri Gomez and his crew at NG Golden Brush for five years now. Neri is the only one I would turn to for painting and light carpentry work. Each time I’ve contacted him with a new project, he’s usually there that afternoon for an estimate and work typically starts within a few days. Neri’s pricing has always been reasonable and the results perfect.
