We’ve used Jason as our home inspector for more than 20 years because he has consistently protected us from major headaches. He caught a house that was literally sliding off its foundation, exposed hidden termite damage in another, and most recently saved us from buying a “forever home” that needed likely close to $100k in repairs. I had a fantastic experience working with Jason. He had reasonable pricing for every step of the process and really took the time to work through the ancient home I was asking him to inspect (1930s house). He found lots of the electrical and hvac issues before I sent an electrician after him. He didn't conflate small cosmetic issues with deal-breakers and gave me a good understanding of what was important and what was optional or recommended. My final home inspection was 77 pages long, but the majority of it was detailed pictures and examples to show how things are vs. how they should be. Would use him again!
