Hello,I wanted to take this opportunity to pass on my gratitude and provide a quality review for the folks at Ramirez Truck and Trailer Repair Services. Late last week we were preparing to head out of town on a camping trip, and I discovered we needed to install a new seven way plug on our Suburban for the electrical hook up to the camper. Last Friday, the day before we were supposed to leave, I found one business who was able to do the required work, but after picking up the trailer, I discovered significant wiring issues that would have made travel with the camper unsafe.I reached out to Mike at 7 PM Friday night and explained my situation. He told me to bring the camper in the next morning at 7 AM and that he and his team would be able to get us on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Upon arrival, I met Jamie who handles most of their electrical work on the vehicles and trailers they service. Within a few hours of bringing the camper, Jamie had uncovered not only some wiring flaws from the previous repair job, but had also managed to repair them along with some other electrical issues that he discovered during the job. Upon pick up, Jamie explained exactly what he had found and done to remediate the problem, and he also patiently answered all of my questions. We had our camper back around noon and were on the road by 1 PM. The electrical components of the camper performed flawlessly throughout the trip, including even in the bad weather connected to our commute home yesterday.In conclusion, we would not have been able to have safely traveled with our camper this weekend without the intervention of Mike, Jamie, and their associates at Ramirez. No guessing, no wasting time — just solid diesel work. Shows up when he says he will and charges fair prices. Hard to find mechanics like this nowadays.
