Peak Performance in Burnsville, MN!Dr. Westin stood by his belief that his services could help me heal my right arm from tennis elbow and get me back to 100% so I could return to the gym. After just three weeks of Physical therapy and using stem cell wave and soft tissue therapy, I’m already seeing and feeling a big difference!My pain has decreased significantly, my arm is stronger, and I’m finally sleeping better at night. I’m very happy with the polite, respectful, conversation I had the first time I called Dr Westin Kirk and every visit since then. I’m disappointed I ended up going with a different chiropractor and not him last year. I don’t feel like a number waiting in a processing line feeling rushed. He is very personable, easy to talk to, gentle with my sensitive chronic muscle and nerve pain. I’ve been to many chiropractors in 5 decades and am very happy with all the protocols they use there. StemWave is what brought me there and I immediately noticed a difference the first treatment in the pain, and numbness I’ve had for many, many years. It gives me hope, & relief. I found PPC on Instagram and thoughts I would give it a shot. I injured my shoulder doing to reverse flys and could not lift more than 5 pounds without extreme pain. Dr Westin, took a look and came up with a plan. I was skeptical at first, but boy was I wrong. The stemwave, dry needling and hickey machine...I mean cupping device...were all aimed at increasing blood flow to help spur the natural healing process. My shoulder was insanely sore at first but then got better daily. Before I realized it, my injured shoulder felt better than my non-injured one! It's important to point out, I followed his shoulder exercises religiously making sure to do them if not daily, then every other day. Between me doing the homework and PPC's care, my shoulder feels stronger than ever and I have more range of motion than I have had in a LONG time. 100% pleased with my results...and I hope I never have to come back, but if I do...I'm sure I'll be in good hands!

I woke up a couple of months ago and couldn't turn my head to the left. I've been to three other Chiropractors for adjustments but none of them could adjust my neck. Dr. Haley Balego adjusted my neck on the first try! She used other methods than the traditional Chiropractors to loosen my muscles before she tried an adjustment. It worked. I'm going back. Definitively worth the money.

I had a great experience with Dr. Westin for a free stemwave pain relief demo at Los Campones gym. Dr. Westin explained everything before the procedure and continued to answer my questions throughout the demo. I had been having some pain in my elbows lately and wanted to test out the stemwave machine. I had Dr. Westin just use it on one of my elbows which was in more pain then the other one. The machine looks kinda like an ultrasound, but makes a tapping feeling while it's running. It helps bring blood flow to the areas. After my elbow felt like a brand new elbow. It was crazy. Even the next few days it felt great. Highly recommend checking it out.
