We hired BlueSummit LLC to finish our basement after a previous contractor completely botched the framing. From the first call Andrew and Mike were quick to respond and promptly assessed the situation. They clearly know the industry — every subcontractor they brought in was professional, courteous, and left their area clean. The project was completed ahead of schedule (how often do you hear that when doing a project?) and the quality exceeded our expectations. I’m beyond impressed and thankful; I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5. They made sure everything was done right from start to finish. Andrew even came a few days post completion to check and see how everything looked and if we noticed anything that needed to be touched up. We would absolutely recommend Blue Summit to all of our friends and family for basement remodeling (and do!) Working with Andrew was wonderful and made the process so seamless from start to finish. We live in a new construction home and needed a lot of guidance for the basement as it was a blank canvas and had some layout challenges. Andrew really helped us create and design a space that was functional but also matched the finishes of the rest of the house.Blue Summit managed everything and arranged for all of the sub-contractors to come to the house and kept in constant communication. We had an awesome experience with Andrew and his team. After much frustration interviewing individual contractors and not having clear communication, finding the blue summit team was a breath of fresh air. They finished our basement in a new build and their quality is honestly better than our original builder. I appreciated the transparency with the county inspection processes as well. Gave me extra peace of mind to know things were being done right and no corners were skipped. They got our project done fast as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking to complete their basement with quality and efficiency.
