Stop by for the first time to check them out and the customer service was top tier! Greeted immediately every knowledgeable of the products. Another guy came in that work there as well also walked up and introduced himself as well, both was every nice! What I purchased was just as described! Love it! I will be back! What a beautiful dispensary! Everything here is so nice, neat, and tidy. The customer service is absolutely A1, and I was really impressed by the great sales and deals they had going for Easter. They have very good prices. Great people seriously. Just only one guy at night, older guy with glasses that I don't really think he's cut out for that place. Everyone else there really pride's themselves the on customer service. It's not too big of a deal, night shift usually isn't about customer service in most places anyway.

Comparing High End to other places in the city is like a mom n pop store with great product n better pricing the other places is like shopping at Walmart. Prices for what they are giving out is the best in the city hands down. Always new product and they have veterans choice products which I thought is awesome that they do business with our local veterans! First dispensary I've been to in Rochester where I didn't have to "Break the bank". Awesome people, prices, products, and elegant establishment.
