Steve and Bill have been excellent to work with. Twice now I've had issues with my home well system, and they've been able to get over and help solve my issues the very next day. They are fast, thorough, and were able to answer every question I had. They work clean, quietly, and in limited space with no issues at all. Had a sudden issue with water pressure last night and was unable to shower or utilize a lot of water with the washer or dish washer. Called Steve at 6:30 this morning and he called back within 30 minutes. I explained the issue and he immediately knew what the problem was. He assured me that someone would be there to install a new pressure tank before noon. He quoted me the price to be sure I knew before they showed up and I approved the estimate. As he promised, a repair person showed and had me up and running in 90 minutes. I have used Steve before and I highly recommend him. He knows his stuff.

I called on a Sunday after a power surge when the power came back on. No water. Called me 2 minutes after leaving a message. Talked me through a couple of different scenarios. Told me what to look at and what to try. Had me up and running in 10 minutes. He could of told me it fried and charged me for parts and I would not have thought different. Top notch character. Omg. If you want a well guy? Call them. I called at 6:30 in the morning. Bill was here at 8:00. Told me right at the get go after checking it out worse case scenario. In my case I got an early Birthday present. It was more than 1/3rd less than that. Honest,knowledgeable and let me know everything that they were doing. We can’t thank them enough. You want a guy? Call my guys. I’ll never go anywhere else.

steve changed my jet pump to a submersible, and changed all my galvanized lines to plastic. he was right on time when he told me he was coming to look at it, and when it came to him doing the job him and his employee showed up early. he’s professional, very knowledgeable, incredibly honest, did not try to sell me anything i didn’t need, and i’m more than pleased and impressed with the results of his work. if i ever need well work done again, i won’t be shopping around with other companies. my confidence in steve has me sold on him for any of my future needs !!
