My main contact was Dan Zisman. He reassured me that the process would be smooth and that they would be honest with me every step of the way. It was a quick sale. I did not have time to have a real estate agent show my house over a period of time to multiple people. I needed my house sold right away. The house and property were quite large and needed major work/renovation. They bought my house in "as is" condition. Dan always responded to my phone calls and text messages.
