2026 Update: Two years later. Called again when our a/c went out at Saturday morning at 8:30 AM and our A/C is fixed at 10:00 am. Great service again!———————My husband and I came home over the 4th to a broken main unit in our three year old house. Assuming it would be an easy repair, we stayed up to get service that night. Eric arrived around 11 pm and worked until 2 am!! I’m sure he was exhausted and was incredibly friendly. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed and needed major repairs.We are very happy we stayed local for this - great communication, very fast service (which mattered because they had to locate parts outside the state), extremely clean and tidy, reasonable pricing. Plus our a/c was back to working great and the house was cooling within ten minutes of completion.

Great company. AC was out, got a tech (Ray) out same day. Diagnosed, and gave me multiple options to resolve. Very professional and prices were reasonable. Got me back up and running. They have my business going forward.

It is refreshing to know that there are still companies out there who provide a first class service.I contacted Oak Point Heating and Air LLC as, after 16 years, my AC Unit finally gave up.- From time of first call to completion of installation was 3 days.- We had family coming to stay and they even offered us a loan of window fans in case they could not fit us in before they arrived.- I was updated every step of the way, communication was excellent.- Installation crew covered all areas they were working in.- Ray, our point of contact, was available throughout the installation.  He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.- We were recommended to Oak Point Heating and Air LLC by my daughter and son in law who had a similar experience.
