We had an amazing experience with this company from start to finish. They were priced very fairly, professional, on time, and did excellent work. They also cleaned up after themselves, which we really appreciated. It is refreshing to know that there are still companies out there who provide a first class service.I contacted Oak Point Heating and Air LLC as, after 16 years, my AC Unit finally gave up.- From time of first call to completion of installation was 3 days.- We had family coming to stay and they even offered us a loan of window fans in case they could not fit us in before they arrived.- I was updated every step of the way, communication was excellent.- Installation crew covered all areas they were working in.- Ray, our point of contact, was available throughout the installation.  He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.- We were recommended to Oak Point Heating and Air LLC by my daughter and son in law who had a similar experience.
