They also cleaned up after themselves, which we really appreciated. Our AC is working great, and we couldn’t be happier with the service.We’ve already recommended them to my parents and will continue recommending them to others. It is refreshing to know that there are still companies out there who provide a first class service.I contacted Oak Point Heating and Air LLC as, after 16 years, my AC Unit finally gave up.- From time of first call to completion of installation was 3 days.- We had family coming to stay and they even offered us a loan of window fans in case they could not fit us in before they arrived.- I was updated every step of the way, communication was excellent.- Installation crew covered all areas they were working in.- Ray, our point of contact, was available throughout the installation.  He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.- We were recommended to Oak Point Heating and Air LLC by my daughter and son in law who had a similar experience.

I gave them a call a let them know my since of urgency. **** showed up first thing in the morning before work. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming as he inspected an developed the quote. As he went thru his finds ng he took the time to walk me through the work he would complete. He ended up selling me a new unit an installed everything an was on the job working with his crew the whole time. He completed the job in a couple days and left the site cleaner than when he started. I got a great price a service on a new unit.
