I called D and C for hauling purposes. My last tenant left alot of trash in the backyard. We agreed on a time to come out for a quote. We scheduled for the next day for them to come out and give a quote ( which was a blessing since the city had a bad storm and trees were down everywhere), called to confirm time in the AM. I was impressed with the clear communication. We agreed upon a price. I was told the crew was out completing a job but would complete mine right after. They were 3 gentlemen there. As a woman, I didn't feel uncomfortable at any time. They were timely, professional,and respectable. After clearing the trash and brush outside, the raked up the leaves that fell behind. I asked if they were available to remove some soiled carpeting,pad and strip tacks. This was completed after the yard waste was taken care of. I was able to make runs to home depot for other items needed ( I felt very comfortable leaving them there to complete the work). When I got back, the work was mostly done. I had to leave due to leg pain. The lead guy said he would lock up and text me when completed. I received before and after photos and a text saying there were leaving the property. I went to the property later that day....the work and clean up was above board. A ++.. They are definitely on my approved contractor list moving forward. If you ever had to babysit contractors, you know it's a pain and a time waster. With these guys, no babysitting needed and the work is done to satisfaction. Easy peezy.
