He took over the job after another contractor had left it half done . there were quite a few nuances that he had to work through, and he went to the city to sort those out and completed those . i asked him to do some unconventional things like digging a trench to locate the AC unit 10ft further away from the house , but he was accommodating . he is knowledgeable , Another contractor would have given up , but he went the extra mile to get the job completed. i recommend him.
