We have been disappointed so many times by repairmen who never returned our call or showed up at the agreed time. Jeremy flipped the script completely! I messaged him on Facebook about our screens, and he returned my call within moments. He provided a verbal and written estimate based on the information I had then came out within a couple of days. He saw that the estimate needed some revision and gave that quickly so I would know the exact cost He ended up having to remove the second-story screens from the outside using a ladder. He gave me a time the screens would be repaired and reinstalled and that was exactly what he delivered. He was respectful to me and my home, and was a pleasure to interact with both professionally and personally. I highly recommend Jeremy -- in fact, I already have!
