Where to start with Danny? Really, the problem comes down to the fact that there are TOO many good things to list in one measly review on Google. I cared very much about how responsive my real agent would be, and I asked Danny if he would be responsive at the time when we first met. He said he would be, and I trusted him and I hired him to represent us in our search for a house to buy at Davis. The housing market was extremely hot in the early part of 2022, but Danny was able to keep his cool and did not push me to make overly high offers so as to outbid others. As the FED started to raise interest rates and the stock market started to decline, Danny and I both felt that the housing market was to soften. He suggested me to make an offer that would reflect the negative impacts that the higher interest rates and the sharp decline in the stock market had on the housing market. He did not push me to meet a price that he felt to be unrealistic. In other words, Danny would always have my interest in mind in the purchasing process. I would recommend him to you if you are looking for an agent who would always be on your side.
