We had a great experience working with Danny to buy our home in Davis! He was always responsive, informative, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Whenever we sent Danny a property we were interested in, he got back to us quickly with helpful information and insights, and his strong relationships with other local agents often helped us get a better understanding of what was going on with a property.Danny was never pushy and really let us drive the search based on what we were looking for, while being there whenever we needed advice or support. He also consistently went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible—even helping us get into the house for a last-minute utility issue right before closing.Danny is a genuinely nice guy, easy to communicate with, and great to work with. We’d absolutely recommend him.

Working with Danny on finding a new place to live was an absolutely great experience. Despite living in Baltimore, MD and being 3 hours ahead, Danny worked around my partner and I's schedules to allow for face time calls to tour properties with us. When our schedules wouldn't line up, he'd video record the walkthroughs and narrate his thoughts on a property for Krystal and I to review when we could. His attention to detail while walking through the numerous properties we viewed was amazing as he would point out things to us that we would never have even considered. His knowledge and experience with buying a new home allowed him to provide us with very sound advice. For Danny, it wasn't just about selling us a house. He took every measure to make sure we knew what we were getting into, and making sure that we were absolutely comfortable with the house we purchased. When travelling from MD to CA, Danny helped coordinate the logistics for my home inspection and pre-employment meetings with UC Davis making sure I had access to easy transportation while in the Sacramento area. His hospitality is truly commendable. Danny is such an amazing human being and Krystal and I honestly cannot say enough positive things about working with him. I highly recommend him as a real estate agent to anyone considering buying or selling a property in the Sacramento area. He is truly the best and we will definitely continue working with him in the future.

Danny is an excellent realtor! My husband and I had casually shopped for houses with Danny for a little while and, after working with us during this shopping process, Danny knew our needs and wants in a home and sent us our perfect property the day it came onto market. He acted fast to put in our offer and was creative through the negotiation process. The escrow process is always stressful but Danny answered all my questions and eased my anxieties. I highly recommend him as a realtor - he’s knowledgeable, creative, and hard-working for his clients.

I can’t imagine having a better experience with a realtor. He found a perfect first home for my wife and I, and he did everything in his power to make sure that we got it. Throughout the entire home buying process, Danny was always there for my wife and I - explaining documents, keeping us on track for closing, advocating for the best outcomes for us, and answering the countless questions we had along the way. He truly went above and beyond, and it was so great to have someone in our corner for what can be a very overwhelming process, especially as first-time buyers. I’d highly recommend him to anyone in the Sac/Woodland/Davis area who is looking for a funny, caring, and knowledgeable realtor that really cares about his clients.

Danny Lau is the guy you want for all your real estate Last Fall he expertly and efficiently helped me get the house of my dreams. For four years I had been trying to buy in a specific neighborhood. Suddenly one day the perfect place came on the market and in hours Danny helped me make the right offer, it was accepted, and three weeks later, I owned the home I’d always wanted. He really is knowledgeable and so pleasant people love to work with him. He then took on my next challenge—selling the house I still had. Paying two mortgages was not on my bucket list, since I have not won the lottery. Danny was the partner I needed to get it sold very rapidly—6 weeks from listing to closing—for an amount I was delighted to accept. A true professional who is also fun and pleasant throughout a sometimes frustrating and hectic process. He has great marketing talents to bring in the buyers and the fine touch and careful document crafting to get it done right. I highly recommend you work with Danny Lau. You will be glad you did.

We could not recommend someone more than we recommend Danny! He helped us all the way through our buying AND selling process. Danny fully took the time to understand what we were looking for and get to know us. When we decided it was time to move on, Danny sold our house in LESS THAN A MONTH and in December too!! Insane. He even helped with a few jobs here and there when our inspector pointed out a few things we needed to fix. We also love how direct, honest, and knowledgeable Danny is. He will always keep it real with you, but will fight for what you want! If you’re looking for someone who’s on your side to find your home, sell it, and go above and beyond- Danny is your guy!!

Danny Lau is a truly exceptional real estate agent, and we can't speak highly enough about our experience with him. We first met him at an open house and were immediately impressed with his knowledge and upbeat attitude about the market. We met with a couple of other realtors but knew that Danny was the best for us. He was super hands on, honest, patient, and didn't pressure us in any situation. He answered all our questions as first time homebuyers (and we had so many) with great expertise and always responded to us right away. He was always available to join us for a tour or even for a quick phone call. It was really wonderful working with someone who expressed such care and dedication for his work.Anyone purchasing or selling a home would be lucky to have Danny Lau as their representative. It will be the best decision you make in your housing journey!

I love working with Danny! He is super knowledgeable of the Davis/Sacramento area. He was very good at listening and understanding what our needs were and our situation was for buying a house. He was flexible in scheduling house tours and was very good at adapting our search as we found things we liked and didn't like. When we narrowed down on an area of Davis we liked, he went the extra mile to make sure that we got the perfect place for us. He is patient and forthcoming about the ins and outs of the real estate market and willing to explain everything needed to make sure you feel comfortable with the house you purchase. I 100% recommend Danny and look forward to working with him again for any of my real estate needs.

Where to start with Danny? Really, the problem comes down to the fact that there are TOO many good things to list in one measly review on Google. Is he the type of guy that would walk with you into Mordor and force you to throw the ring into the fire because it's the right thing to do? Absolutely. Is he the kind of dude that'll sit next to you on a park bench, downtown, while you tell him about how "life is like a box chocolates"? 100% This dude has your back every step of the way. He'll go with you on that home buying journey. He'll sit there and listen to you ask the same questions over and over again with a smile on his face (those two movie references I made earlier were analogies to how great his service is, by the way, in case that wasn't clear). My wife and I were first time buyers and he did anything and everything he could to make us feel at ease and knowledgeable about the single largest purchase either of us would ever make. And, at the end, we ended up with a new friend in him as he's just SUCH a good dude! If you are like us, fear not-Daniel will bring you to the finish line. If you're a seasoned vet, he welcomes the challenge of anything and everything "real estate". He's as "real" as it gets. Thanks for everything Dan!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Danny and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. He demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the local market, in both Davis and Woodland. It’s not an easy time for the market but he provided invaluable insights that helped us make the most informed decisions. His attention to detail and responsiveness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Our family felt well taken care of every step of the way, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Danny to anyone in search of a super dedicated, hard working and knowledgeable real estate pro!

If you're looking for an agent you can confidently trust to keep your best interests in buying a house, look no further than Danny Lau. For the three months we worked with him, he was unfailingly helpful. He took videos with commentary of each house we were interested in. We were very picky in choosing houses; Danny never pressured us to buy a house, and he accommodated our priorities and looked for those qualities too. He had good instincts for the seller's mindset and the house's expected value, but he never overruled us if we really disagreed. Danny was also very responsive, usually replying within five minutes. We had an excellent time with him and definitely recommend him!

2023-08-08T01:55:26.774Z

Danny is overall just a really good person, that's hard to come by these days. I feel like everyone is rushed to get the house sold or the buyer to buy, but not Danny. He is just there to be your friend and help you find your perfect home. He never rushed us into purchasing a place, and he understands that buying an estate is a big deal for the average American. If you're in the Sacramento area looking to buy or sell, you've got to get Danny on your side! You will be in really good hands!

Danny is the best! He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and knows the area and the neighborhoods. He is easy to work with, thoughtful and nonjudgmental. He is experienced, has great insight and it very ethical. He listened to us and found the perfect house, while navigating in a hot market. He also saved us thousands of dollars too!

2023-05-27T18:39:22.530Z

Danny is a great agent who is honest and brings trust to the table. He was wonderful to work with and his communication skills are great! I highly recommend working with Danny.

I cared very much about how responsive my real agent would be, and I asked Danny if he would be responsive at the time when we first met. He said he would be, and I trusted him and I hired him to represent us in our search for a house to buy at Davis. The housing market was extremely hot in the early part of 2022, but Danny was able to keep his cool and did not push me to make overly high offers so as to outbid others. As the FED started to raise interest rates and the stock market started to decline, Danny and I both felt that the housing market was to soften. He suggested me to make an offer that would reflect the negative impacts that the higher interest rates and the sharp decline in the stock market had on the housing market. He did not push me to meet a price that he felt to be unrealistic. In other words, Danny would always have my interest in mind in the purchasing process. I would recommend him to you if you are looking for an agent who would always be on your side.

2022-12-15T17:36:07.328Z

Danny was always available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. He made the process easier and help us understand every step, after the closure he was there also providing support and checking if anything else he could help us.

2022-11-04T03:16:13.515Z

Two strong thumbs up for Danny, he made selling our home so much easier. Our house needed some TLC before it was ready for market, and we were now living quite some distance away. Danny was able to connect us with the right people to get the house looking brand new, and quickly. He covered all the details, and knew what things mattered and which didn’t. He provided updates after each showing, and was always available to talk and answer questions. Very happy we went with Danny!
