Super knowledgable, super nice, great advice, and he gets the best rates!Long story - When I was buying my first ever home in 2021, I was introduced to Chad by my Realtor and he found me the best rates, with bonus cashback & lines of credit! Now in 2026, that mortgage was up for renewal and I had a feeling that bank wasn't giving me competitive rates. So I texted Chad and within 30mins, he had found me WAY better rates, nearly 0.50% lower, with a different bank! The current bank couldnt even get close.
