TL;DR - Chad is the best! Super knowledgable, super nice, great advice, and he gets the best rates!Long story - When I was buying my first ever home in 2021, I was introduced to Chad by my Realtor and he found me the best rates, with bonus cashback & lines of credit! Now in 2026, that mortgage was up for renewal and I had a feeling that bank wasn't giving me competitive rates. So I texted Chad and within 30mins, he had found me WAY better rates, nearly 0.50% lower, with a different bank! The current bank couldnt even get close. Chad LITERALLY just saved me thousands, if not tens of thousands, of dollars in unnecessarily higher monthly payments & interest over the next 5yrs! Chad's the man!

Chad was fantastic. He went above and beyond what his duties would normally entail. I am on disability due to a brain injury, so qualifying for a mortgage is very difficult for someone in my position. He spoke with many people on my behalf and calmly and clearly helped me understand the proceedings and the outcomes of my decisions before I made them.
