Tree Way was fantastic to work with. They were punctual, professional and very hard working. We have a large acreage in Bragg Creek with some very large trees that were too close to the house as well as some dead trees that needed to be addressed. Right from the initial consultation, the team was incredibly knowledgeable and happy to advise on what was required as well as strategy. When the crew arrived to complete the work, they worked full tilt to get the job done in a day and a half with minimal disruption to our daily lives while the work was going on. They kept the site clean and when they left there was no trace other than the unwanted trees were gone. Would absolutely recommend.

We were looking for a new arborist as our usual one moved back to B.C. a couple of years ago. I just happened to see someone working on our neighbour’s trees and since I like what I saw him doing, I asked him for his card and I’m so glad I did.We contacted Brendon, the owner, to arrange an appointment for a quote to manage our 5 large trees and 40 plus scrubs which were getting out of hand since they were last attended to. We too had a fantastic experience with this arborist and his associate. When Brendon came to look at our yard, he not only offered his suggestions for what would be in the best interest of our trees and scrubs, but he was also interested in what our expectations for them were. Brendon took back all that information and provided a detailed quote broken down by task, which not only helped to identify a clear plan, but was also easy for us to decide what our budget could handle at this time in a no pressure scenario. We found the quote was very fair and competitive.What we really appreciated was that he notified us when they would be arriving so that we could attend to our dogs before they arrived. They were on time, diligently worked all day, all while communicating with us as they progressed to ensure they were meeting our expectations. They were professional, friendly, courteous and just a pleasure to work with.We are extremely pleased with the result. Our trees and scrubs are no longer encroaching into each other and the entire yard now looks groomed--but natural. Clean-up was excellent. We will be working with Tree Way again this fall to continue revitalizing the trees and scrubs with work that can only be done at that time when they go dormant.We have no hesitation at all in highly recommending Tree Way and look forward to working with them again.July 17, 2026 Update:This is the fourth time we've used Tree Way for our tree and shrub landscaping. Had some trees and bushes removed and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. The communication throughout the whole process was great, always knew what was happening and when. Once the work was done, the yard was completely cleaned up and you’d barely know they were there. They even topped everything up with fresh soil where the bushes were pulled out.
