The staff at Snowhome have always been happy to go above and beyond for me. They’ve accommodated custom orders, tracked down no-longer stocked products and always provide great insight into their items. Snowhome prioritise stocking the most ethical products they can, which I really appreciate. Finally, design-led retail is such a rare specialism now, which makes Snowhome a gem to be treasured.

Really lovely shop with so much to see. I always find something new whenever I visit. I love the cards, candles and stationary. I’ve also recently bought a mirror that looks great in our bathroom.

This shop is one of my favourite places - a real treasure trove of unique finds, with amazing customer service both for in store and online shopping. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Definitely recommend a visit. The vegan nail varnishes are gorgeous!

This independant store is a real gem in the heart of York. Helen and Co manage to curate a wonderful array of items for your delectation… a warm welcome awaits, dog friendly too. There’s so much more I want (and need haha) for my home, myself and the hound will be returning, thats for sure!

Took a fairly lengthy detour to call in and try to buy a some TN inserts, waited around but shop never opened - wasted a chunk of holiday time :(

Very nice shop. Good supply of stuff for journaling and sketching on the go. Love that they carry Kaweco and Lamy. They also have cute, stylish, design-y stuff for around the house. Really loved the vibe.

Lovely shop for your premium stationery needs. Excellent offering of Kaweco fountain pens and mechanical pencils. Very helpful staff offered to reach out to the manufacturer to resolve a query of mine. Would definitely recommend!

A message for all stationery needs in the vicinity of York. Get yourself to this place. Beautiful, top class and hard to find pencils, pens and all that stuff - with staff who have the time to talk and a real love of their store. Beautiful.

What amazing people, always enthusiastic and helpful = bought an Embrace Coffee table - needed it really urgently for a photo shoot,and Helen and the crew got it to me within 24 hours - cannot recommend them highly enough - a great selection of quality pieces in the store as usual. A proper 5 star service.
