Quinton and Caden provided top notch service! Arriving on time, they were super knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. We appreciate that they recommended only what they deemed necessary. We also appreciate the friendliness of the sweet lady who answered our phone calls to the office!

Rodney was able to get our unit up and running for less than expected. We have been cool since he left with no issues. Solutions Heating and Cooling does not try to upsell you new units or parts. They come in, locate the issue and fix it. Thankful for their team.

Very knowledgeable - did a good job - made me feel confident that I won’t have any issues this winter - the system was running fine but now I know that it is prepared for whatever weather comes my way * the technician was friendly and respectful

First time using Solutions, and was impressed by the scheduler (Amanda) and the technician (Rodney). Both were kind, professional, and personable. Received same-day service, even as a new customer. I will be calling them again, when needed. Great job!

After getting the run around from a few places, Solutions fixed my problem ASAP. Quinton came all the way from South Boston to Madison Heights, during an holiday, and did a phenomenal job. Caring and understanding are 100% their priority. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future, even for a simple tune up.
