This company offered a "tune up" of our HVAC system. The service guy was very nice, but did absolutely nothing in regards to a tune up. He did diagnostic, which is fine, but no services were done whatsoever.The service technician found a problem and was going to replace it, but his phone credit card app wouldn't take my card. So he said he would come back later that day. I got the invoice email and was able to pay it just fine. The office called and said he would be back in 3 days. I have not heard from them or if the work got done or not .

My AC went out, I called first thing in the morning and Jake was able to come out before the estimated time same day and was able to get it up and running again very quickly. He was friendly and kept good communication before the appt as well. I'll definitely be using them again and recommend them to others!

We had some water issues near our air handler and weren’t able to figure out what was causing it. Armando came out, checked things over, and realized a humidifier was not functioning properly and had sprayed water near the unit. He came up with a plan to solve it, and will be coming back with a plumber to rectify the situation. Great service as always!

Came after hours. Quick and to the point. Happy to have found this company. Hard to find good service these days. Will definitely be doing more business with them.We had to get two new units for our home. Solutions gave us a great price. System came in faster than expected. Guys came and were very respectful and professional. Took them 2 and half days but the systems is up, working great. Thank you for fast and most of all reliable service. I had no problem with the technician. He was a very nice young man. I basically knew what was wrong with the unit. The capacitor need to be replaced You're looking at about $20 replacement. part. The overall price was $360$ 🤔 about a 15-minute job
