Before booking, I spoke to Angelica Menedez and confirmed 10 times in conversation that my package included PRP with the Morpheus8. Yet, on my first visit, provider Riyeon Kim, RN (who calls herself 'Ki'), was severely double-booked, had a patient in Room 252, and forced me to sit in a public hallway. She kept walking out to slather numbing cream on my face in the corridor before admitting she wasn't even allowed to do PRP. I walked out. The manager, Mohamin Shah (who calls himself 'Moh'), immediately called my phone to save the sale, promising that if I returned, he would honor the face, neck, and PRP package for the Groupon price.When I returned, the treatment was a complete scam. They drew my blood for the PRP, but the actual Morpheus8 was entirely fake. The provider, Mayatal Dayan, DNP, FNP-C (who calls herself 'May'), used a zero-strength setting where the needles never actually deployed. I felt zero heat or pain, and had absolutely NO needle marks or swelling less than 24 hours later. 'Dr. May' then slathered my drawn blood directly onto my completely unbroken, un-punctured skin barrier—wasting my biological sample as a medical illusion. She then gaslit me by claiming I couldn't see the 24-needle cluster puncture marks 'because I have darker skin.' This is scientifically false; mechanical needles leave track marks on every skin complexion on earth. She even recorded a video immediately post-procedure confirming my face was completely unmarked.To make it worse, they stole a $50 booking down payment by refusing to credit it to my total and lying that they would refund it 'the same day' after we left. They then ran a Cherry financing medical loan for an alleged '62 units of Botox' to completely wipe out a $750 credit line. In reality, 'Dr. May' only gave a standard 10 to 14 minor injection points around my forehead and eyes. You can actually see the minor Botox pokes in my photos, but there is a complete absence of any Morpheus8 track marks. They inflated the unit count on paper strictly to extract the maximum cash from my financing loan. 'Moh' left the building before the appointment ended and is dodging all written requests to provide the digital machine settings log. Formal merchant fraud complaints and billing disputes have been officially filed with Cherry Financing corporate, Groupon Compliance, and the New York State regulatory boards. Avoid Lov Med Spa Brooklyn at all costs."

Dr. May is so amazing, she took great care of me while I was in there. She made sure that I was comfortable and that I knew exactly what was going on. She addressed all of my concerns, and when it came time to pricing, Taha was able to explain everything for me. Not only did he explain everything, he was able to help work a payment plan with me. The entire experience I had was honestly was so refreshing, they treated me with the utmost regard, and this no longer feels just like a spa, but an oasis away from the real worlds problems!!I recommend this to anyone who is stressed! They will take great care of you, and make you forget any stresses you have.

Kee did an amazing job with my facial — she was very gentle, caring, and made sure everything was done properly.However, I was a bit disappointed with the management side of things because my appointment got canceled twice. For my third appointment, they offered me a complimentary facial for my next visit, but I asked if I could do dermaplaning instead, and they agreed.When I arrived for my appointment, Kee was unfortunately unaware that I was scheduled for both a HydraFacial and dermaplaning. Thank God we were casually talking during the facial and that’s when she found out about the dermaplaning as well. Despite the miscommunication, she still handled everything professionally, stayed apologetic throughout, and did her absolute best to finish everything on time without rushing. I really appreciated her effort, care, and professionalism despite the situation.

Let me just start off by saying that I was very excited about my mesotherapy that I was getting on my arms and my stomach. Fast forward nine months later and I’m not excited anymore. What the doctor failed to inform me on is that if you are of a darker complexion, mesotherapy will leave needle marks on your skin, so right now 9 months later I still have the needle marks of everywhere that I was injected and it is very embarrassing. I am trying every cream, but nothing is working and nobody has reached out to help or suggest a cream that would lighten and get rid of these needle marks permanently. So I say that to say this if you are a black woman or of a darker complexion, do not get mesotherapy unless you want your confidence ruined.

And…once again…they did it!!! From beginning to end, the many services offered were sooo focused and relaxing. On this particular occasion I had CO2 facial and could feel the difference immediately in my skin. I was listened to exactly what I needed and they delivered!!!! I had previously shared how I am concerned about some hyperpigmentation and fine lines and now my skin feels amazingly smooth and glowing!!! Andrea definitely carefully knows how to target areas that need extra care. Every single time I visit them it is such a wonderful experience!!! Lov Med Spa is professional and peaceful, and I felt genuinely cared for from beginning to end to each one of my sessions as they offer many different services, all of them being top notch. With this, I have to add the whole staff is attentive and super respectful, friendly and professional at the same time. You can tell they value customer comfort and privacy. Also, they have a super easy booking process, got a reminder text and email and didn’t have to wait when I arrived, as you can fill out your medical forms ahead of time. The scheduling was quick and simple, being a flight attendant, they even worked around my hectic schedule without any issues, they were very accommodating, which I appreciate greatly!
