I have been feeling ver self conscious everyone in the office was friendly and kind and received me and made me feel comfortable. I haven’t received Botox shots in a long time so I was very nervous but it didn’t hurt and it was so quick. The staff at the desk were friendly, but the technician was super detached, on her phone and gave the impression that doing the treatment was an annoyance. There were issues with the bathroom lock so I had to go wash my face in a public bathroom on a finer floor which felt a little gross. I had some concerns about RF and facial fat and wanted some explanation and the technician just stared at me blankly and asked me what I wanted to do then. I replied I didn’t know and that as she was the technician she could guide me. She only did one pass on my face and immediately went back to her phone. I was given no after care instructions until I asked. I contacted the business after the owner responded but I was unable to catch her on the phone because of a hectic week and then got no response again after. Maybe the other locations are good and the other technicians are better but I would not recommend getting RF Microneedling here at the BK location. In general my skin always feels and looks amazing after Microneedling do I wanted to try RF for added tightening. My skin never looked good after as it does with normal Microneedling and I feel it is actually more lax. Maybe the fact that the technician only did one pass has something to do with that. Overall regrettable purchase and experience and feel very insecure about the treatment. Less

She explains the procedure being administered, and gently talks you through it. Shout out to Denise and Tenzin, they are very sweet and attentive and they kept doing little things to make you feel comfortable while you are getting your procedure done. The space is small, but they pack a PUNCH in the work they perform. What was most impressive to me was they respond to your concerns immediately, and find solutions to make you feel like you are their ONLY client!!!!
