Love this place, the weekly spectrum routine keeps my ankles healthy while playing paintball with my two teenage sons. Nothing keeps my bones strong like this place does. The staff is so helpful and kind. Could not recommend this place enough. Helps me hold more muscle on my frame with less work as an added bonus.
