My experience at Dr. Farsio's office was excellent. It started when I called to make an appointment—the staff on the phone were friendly, and the front-desk staff were incredibly kind as well. The nurse was very friendly; she explained and showed me the instruments they would be using, and she helped calm my nerves, as I had arrived feeling quite anxious. As for Dr. Farsio, he explained the procedure to me step-by-step; he was very attentive and inspired a great deal of confidence. Most importantly, I didn't feel any pain at all, and he utilizes state-of-the-art technology.

After calling around to multiple offices on a Saturday morning, Dr. Farsio’s office was able to get me in for a consultation the same day. They were very considerate of my needs and identified a plan of action to get the root canal done. About a month later, I had another emergency and was unsure where to turn. They made time to meet with me to understand what happened and what the next steps would be. Everyone at the office has been kind and empathetic at every interaction. I called at 8:00 am on a Saturday, and they were able to perform my root canal same day. They’re open at 7 AM on Saturdays which is amazing - especially since most dental offices are closed/open only one Saturday a month. When you’re in severe pain, that availability makes all the difference.Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and reassuring. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process and took the time to explain what was happening and what to expect, which makes a huge difference - especially since getting a root canal can be nerve-wrecking.They were also incredibly thoughtful during the process and offered me juice and a granola bar, which sounds small but genuinely made me feel cared for.The procedure itself went smoothly, and the overall experience was far better that I ever expected. I’m honestly bummed they’re only specialist because I wish they could be my regular dentist.
