I sought out On the Level Flooring after reading positive reviews. I wanted flooring and as important, a good installation. I've had installations that weren't very good and that kept me from using big box services. I also wanted LVP for one room, but I didn't want wood look. That was one of the most challenging aspects. But installation happened yesterday and it went well, even in the heat. The LVP is beautiful. The carpet and installation went very well. The toilet flange was bad and had to call in a plumber, but Ron called someone so my job wouldn't be unfinished. I would use them again.

If you're looking to redo your floors, look no further! We chose to go with On the Level Flooring from the moment we met Ron and Claire. We are so happy we did, the whole experience from start to finish was amazing, and our floors turned out better than expected. We honestly couldn't be happier! We really enjoyed working with the entire team. They made it a seamless process and made my son and I feel like family. We had our upstairs bedrooms and stairway carpet removed and replaced with laminate flooring (3 bedrooms, 13 stairs, and top landing/hallway in Diana Collection Megaclic Waterproof Laminate Plank Color: Buckhead). The flooring looks amazing, and the details like the mitered joints, baseboards and transitions, all came out perfecto! Jesse and Dave are INCREDIBLY talented installers. I can assure you that you would be totally pleased with their quality of work and craftsmanship, not to mention they are both a couple of awesome dudes! We also can't thank Claire and Ron enough for guiding us through and answering my every single question quickly and clearly, making this a smooth and fantastic process. Thank you to our new On the Level Flooring family for a wonderful experience and, of course, our beautiful new floors! (By the way, our chickies looooove the floors too!)

Our experience with On the Level Flooring was so stress free. Ron spent lots of time with us in the decision making process, explaining the differences and what the benefits of each.Then the installation process began. The crew was so fast, thorough and efficient. It was a one day installation job and are so grateful for the professionalism of the entire staff from beginning to end.

We had the best experience ever from start to finish with On The Level Flooring. We first spoke with Ron and he recommended that we meet at the show room to look at some options before scheduling a date for a quote. We really appreciated Ron and Claire’s “no pressure” approach as well as their patience as we asked a million questions and took our sweet time making our choices. From the start it was obvious how knowledgeable they were.When we finally were ready to move forward, we were worried about waiting over a month for our install date, however it was definitely worth the wait. Jesse and Dave were our installers and their attention to detail was very thorough. Any form of concern, they brought to our attention. Even when there were some unexpected issues, Jesse provided several options and recommendations without pressuring us to make specific choices. Ron was also great with constant communication and with keeping his promises throughout our entire experience. Jesse and Dave worked like machines from the start of each day until they were satisfied with the progress. We really appreciated that they were treating our home with so much respect as if it was their own home. They got there early each day on time and continued to go above and beyond for us each day they were here as well as even when the job was completed, making sure each detail was perfect.We couldn’t be happier with the results and absolutely love our new floors!
