I commend Pete and his team on their excellent work. We decided to go with hydroblox to prevent water from seeping down into our basement. After seeing some videos online, it looked like a much more reliable solution than traditional French drains, especially with the slope/grading issues effecting our property. Pete described our situation as a relatively straightforward drainage project. Our property slopes away from the street so we had to send the water downhill towards our backyard where it would be dispersed. It entailed around 150' of drainage being put in and some parts needing 3-4' of depth to reach our footer wall. It ended in a larger pit with a hydroblox cube for dispersion. Our downspouts also run into the system.DTS's team was incredibly efficient, getting through the project in just 3 days. Everyone was really nice to work with, had helpful suggestions that showed they understood how to deal with water intrusion, and were respectful of the property. They restored our yard afterwards so it looked great. I also believe their price to be very fair compared to other contractors in the area, especially since hydroblox will require little to no maintenance. We just had our first rain since having them installed, and so far there is no noticeable water intrusion into our basement.
