I love Ruggerios, it has always been a reliable classic. No complaints, just a chill local pizza place. In the past year however, I have noticed some employee changes which brought upon a different atmosphere that felt a smidge less friendly. Also, I think they close at 8 now every day but the sign on the door still says 9pm and the google profile hasn’t changed so I have had some instances where they are frustrated with me for ordering too close to 8 but I thought they closed at 9 on Friday and Saturday. Overall I enjoy their pizza, I just hope to have more clarity on hours in the future.Update:Unfortunately, a month later I’m still struggling a bit with the customer service. After placing an online order around 7:30pm (which I understand is somewhat close to closing), I received a call within about 30 seconds of submitting the order telling me I needed to arrive before 8pm. I completely understood and agreed, since I know the business prefers to close right at 8. However, the interaction felt very abrupt and demanding rather than a polite request, which caught me off guard and made me feel unwelcome for placing the order at all.If the restaurant no longer wants to accept orders after a certain time, that’s completely understandable. I just ask that the hours and ordering expectations be made clearer so customers don’t feel like a burden for ordering during posted business hours.

Absolutely fantastic catering for a small event off premises. I was helped with planning the dinner, and the suggestions and accomodations made for the food were outstanding. Our guests were complimenting each dish. It was delivered fresh hot/cold were both as expected and it was a hit. We look forward to calling Ruggierio's again for an even bigger event being planned in the future. Thank you !

They have amazing food! Came to NY to visit for a celebration of life service and the food was made by Ruggiero's. Absolutely amazing! I would travel 6 hours just to have their food again! Too bad Door Dash doesn't travel that far! I gave 4 stars for atmosphere only because we didn't eat-in. I can't wait to go back! The prices were very fair considering the quality of food they serve is so high. The portions are good-sized and the menu is packed with goodies! My favorite was the baked Mac and cheese. That was the best Mac and cheese I've had in a long time. The baked ziti was also VERY good. The sauce wasn't too acidy like sauces from other places. I didn't get any heartburn from any of their food, and I have a very sensitive stomach. Highly recommended!

I love a good old school square pizza with a crispy crust, flavorful sauce, lots of cheese and toppings that you know are handled with care. I’m a big green peppers fan and they roast them to perfection. Always treated with kindness in the store and food is hot and ready to go dig in.

Ruggiero’s has the absolute best veggie wrap that I’ve ever had. They even called to be sure that it was made with everything I wanted! Their food is consistently good and the customer service is excellent.

Stopped in for the first time today. The staff was more than helpful explaining different things. I ordered 6 meals with sides and it took about 20min. The food was GREAT, sauce was perfect and the salads and bread were super fresh. Great place to pick up meals.

Across the board a great place to eat. Try the meatballs and knots, reminds me of my Grandmas. Perfect amount of sauce on the pizza too. Best part is the consistency though too many places aren’t consistent these days.

Ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered to a business where a group of vendors were working and was told 45 minutes. Within 35 minutes the pizzas were delivered. The delivery person was all smiles and very cordial. Since he was early, I was not at the door yet but a co-worker told me a pizza person had just walked in so I went right up and he was standing there calling me. I apologized for not being at the door and he was fine since I came right up. Even though they were just down the road, it’s a very nice surprise to have a delivery so fast and the person being very pleasant. Thank you for great customer service!
