We booked Sound Gas Services to get an old broken induction hob replaced with a new gas hob. This involved installing new gas pipework.Right from the beginning, communication with Emma from SGS was excellent and easy. We received a very reasonable quote and we went ahead and booked a slot via WhatsApp. Alfie arrived on time and did an excellent, thoroughly professional job of it. He explained to us the best route for the pipe and where there were complications he suggested the solutions. He connected up the new hob safely within 3-3.5 hours and we got an invoice at the end which we paid online.All in all, it was seamless! We would definitely go with Sound Gas Services again.

Reached out via Checkatrade for support completing the installation of underfloor heating. It did need more time than was expected but it was completed with professionalism and friendliness. The follow up was scheduled in the best possible way as was a follow up a few weeks later. Great comms from the office and our engineer was an absolute legend. We recently used Sound Gas Services to install a new combi boiler and radiators at our property.The installation was completed efficiently and to a very good standard. When a pressure issue appeared shortly after commissioning, they returned promptly, diagnosed it properly and resolved it without any fuss. They also upgraded one of the radiators to ensure it was correctly sized for the room, which I really appreciated.The fitting is neat, tidy and professional, and communication throughout was clear and straightforward.Overall, I was very impressed with both the quality of the work
