***Edit: After seeing this post, I was connected to the store managers and they were very helpful in swapping out the poles for me, I was probably the "Karen" of the week because everyone knew exactly what I was there for and where my poles were when I walked in, but I can't blame them because complaining on Google is a Karen move... or Chad? Whatever, I was that, and they made it right, and I appreciate it.Absolutely terrible customer service. Pelican asks for your contact information and stores your purchases in their system. They also have a policy posted that returns or exchanges require a receipt.About 3 weeks ago on the way to a trip to VT, I stopped with my family to but gloves for my kids and ski poles. Store associates were nowhere to be found to help, but seeming straightforward I got a pair of poles and some gloves, bought them and we were off. Well, the poles are too short.I called today to ask, if it is at all possible just to swap these clearly unused and still tagged poles with the right size since I lost the receipt in the vacation shuffle.-No.Don't you store all of my purchase info?-Yes.So you have my receipt and can look it up?-Yes.So, can you please look up my receipt, so that I can use that to just swap these poles?-No, sorry man.I'm sorry too, that from now on I will tell all of my ski friends to go to Ski Barn, Amazon, or anywhere but here.
