Went here Sunday Aug 23…needed a part for my filter..and they had it and the young girl working made sure it was the correct part..I didn’t catch her name which is why I wrote the date I visited! Simple and easy, and she was courteous. I’ll be going back 😎

I’ve had a great experience with Pelican Pools and wanted to share how helpful they’ve been. The manager Nolan really went above and beyond to help me out and ended up saving me money by letting me know I didn’t actually need a new motor. That kind of honesty is hard to find and definitely appreciated.

I’ve got my first board last week from this store. Ronaldo is the man! Very nice customer service. He ealked me through which board would suit me the best as a beginner/intermediate snowboarder.Prices are definitely better than stores like Ski Barn. I discovered this store randomly thanks to Reddit, I will recommend my friends to check this place out!

Had 2 different pairs of skis tuned for the season. They gave me an honest evaluation and recommended different options with a no pressure upsell. They were ready for pickup at the promised time.

Purchased a beach house and needed dining furniture. Tina at the Pelican Shop was fantastic. She helped us pick out the perfect size and color Polywood set and we are extremely satisfied. Selection and service at Pelican Shop is the best and I would highly recommend this business

***Edit: After seeing this post, I was connected to the store managers and they were very helpful in swapping out the poles for me, I was probably the "Karen" of the week because everyone knew exactly what I was there for and where my poles were when I walked in, but I can't blame them because complaining on Google is a Karen move... or Chad? Whatever, I was that, and they made it right, and I appreciate it.Absolutely terrible customer service. Pelican asks for your contact information and stores your purchases in their system. They also have a policy posted that returns or exchanges require a receipt.About 3 weeks ago on the way to a trip to VT, I stopped with my family to but gloves for my kids and ski poles. Store associates were nowhere to be found to help, but seeming straightforward I got a pair of poles and some gloves, bought them and we were off. Well, the poles are too short.I called today to ask, if it is at all possible just to swap these clearly unused and still tagged poles with the right size since I lost the receipt in the vacation shuffle.-No.Don't you store all of my purchase info?-Yes.So you have my receipt and can look it up?-Yes.So, can you please look up my receipt, so that I can use that to just swap these poles?-No, sorry man.I'm sorry too, that from now on I will tell all of my ski friends to go to Ski Barn, Amazon, or anywhere but here.

Went to get my boots refitted here for skiing and they informed me that they no longer offered that service. Was a bit upset, but can be convenient for last minute items!
