I came across this company from an advertisement looking for someone to fix my drainage and washout problems in my back yard into a lake. Filled out the form online to request an estimate. He responded right away and when he called I found out Marc, the owner, was an old teammate from highschool many years ago (I'm too old to say how many 😂). So I knew it would be an honest estimate with quality work. I was equally pleased with his employees that did the work. The crew came out and completely redid my yard in two days and it looks great! Not just Marc but his employees were great and responsive to any questions or changes with a great attitude and aimed to provide quality work to my liking. Would recommend to any friends or family looking to transform their yard.

Now that the rainy season is just beginning again in our area, I was noticing quite a bit of water moving along both sides of our yard, which was starting to wash away the soil under our air conditioner pad and also washing the mulch from our yard into the sidewalk and common space in front of our house. Having new gutters and a new patio in the backyard was making things worse than previous years. Without doing too much research on companies in the area, I reached out to Marc online. Even though it was the weekend, he texted back almost immediately and we set up time to talk about the project over the phone on Monday. I was very impressed with his proactive communication, his professionalism, and he gave comprehensive recommendations on the work that was needed. The team installed 2 long drainage systems on both sides of the yard, tying in the downspouts from the gutters, and they did all of this in just 1.5 days. They even carefully removed and replaced some new flowers that I had just planted that were in the way of the new drain. I am very happy with the quality of the work, my interactions with Marc and his team, and the price was very fair. I would be happy to work with Marc on future projects as needed.

My back patio has suffered from water intrusion whenever it rains since I moved in, as my pool deck slopes towards the house. I contacted PMH Services and the owner Mark came out. We discussed options and what could be done to mitigate the issue. He and his team arrived as scheduled to perform the work. The team was very professional and answered all my questions as the work proceeded. They cleaned up afterwards and explained any needed upkeep. After the first heavy rain which would have resulted in significant water on my patio floor, the area was bone dry. The drainage worked as designed and as well as I hoped. I would highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone in need of this type of service around their home or business. The difference before and after is significant.

Great attention to detail! During the course of solving my drainage issues, Marc’s team found some additional problems with my current downspouts. They could have ignored these problems and continued to do what they were contracted for, but they brought these issues to my attention, took the additional time and were able to resolve those pre-existing issues. Later, I decided I wanted a complete backyard overhaul. Marc and his crew did an amazing job transforming our property. We did a complete overhaul of our landscaping. Removed all plants and grass and installed about 100 new plants, 15 pallets of grass, mulch, and installed exterior lighting. PMH was courteous, responsive, polite, and extremely hard working. They kept me informed the entire time. Would definitely recommend and will 100% use again!

Marc and his crew were top notch. They were professional in their craft and care of my property. My favorite part was they cleaned up the work area and carted the debris away! With the landscaping in particular, Marc designed a setting that matched my environment. In the side bed leading up to the porch where nothing could grow, they made a great stone bed where I could put potted plants.Additionally, after hurricane Milton my backyard experienced some flooding. The crew came back in and assessed the situation and got to work to install the drain that you see in the picture. It required a great deal of concrete work and resetting the pavers, but it was all done perfectly and in less than a week. I highly recommend them.

A few months back, I was shopping around for some landscape design and lighting when a colleague recommended PMH. I gave them a call and after a few details I had agreed on a date and time for an estimate.Marc showed up to the estimate clean and well dressed, he spoke perfect English, and wasexceedingly professional. He made some great recommendations and later sent me a quote. The price was very competitive and reasonable.The entire job took PMH about 12 days and I was blown away with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was well managed- the small hiccup that was encountered was not anyone’s fault and was proactively communicated by PMH and my expectations were well managed.I honestly cannot recommend PMH enough- the landscape design was great, but the lighting was spot on- my backyard and pool area look and feel completely different.It was awesome, in this day and age, to find a company with such high integrity and excellent results. We could not be more satisfied with the professionalism, timeliness and results from PMH. When we first started our home project, Mark arrived at our house, walked through our property and shortly thereafter provided us with a drawing of what our yard can look like. Once we agreed to go ahead with the project, PMH was full steam ahead. Their workers are quick, neat, knowledgable and there was always something happening everyday. One day was pavers, the next was landscape rocks and french drains, the next was sod and sprinklers. At the end, our yard looks absolutely amazing thanks to PMH.
