I had a great experience with PMH Drain Services from start to finish. Mark, the owner, was incredibly responsive and accessible throughout the entire process. He’s local to Oviedo, and it was great being able to support a locally owned business that clearly takes pride in its work.Their pricing was very competitive with the other quotes I received, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and the entire crew was friendly, professional, efficient and accommodating. This was a substantial drainage project that required trenching along the side of the house and out through the front yard to the street. The crew worked carefully around everything on the property and even went above and beyond to help me with a few additional things that came up during the job.Mark stopped by several times during the project to check on the work, make sure everything was going as planned and then came back again after completion. That kind of owner involvement really stood out to me.Just as impressive was how they left the property when they were finished. Everything was cleaned up, the disturbed areas were restored, and you would hardly know how much work had taken place.I would absolutely use PMH again and highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone needing drainage work in Oviedo or anywhere in the Central Florida area. Great local company, great communication and excellent work

We had a great experience with PMH Services! They are a family-owned business that truly cares about their customers and stands behind their work. They completed drainage work at our home, and afterward we were still having some issues with water coming up when it rained heavily. We contacted them, and they came back out more than once to make sure the problem was properly addressed and fixed.I really appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to follow through until everything was working as it should. It’s not always easy to find a company that will stand behind their work like that.I would definitely recommend PMH Services to anyone needing drainage work or other services they provide. Thank you for taking care of us!

I came across this company from an advertisement looking for someone to fix my drainage and washout problems in my back yard into a lake. Filled out the form online to request an estimate. He responded right away and when he called I found out Marc, the owner, was an old teammate from highschool many years ago (I'm too old to say how many 😂). So I knew it would be an honest estimate with quality work. I was equally pleased with his employees that did the work. The crew came out and completely redid my yard in two days and it looks great! Not just Marc but his employees were great and responsive to any questions or changes with a great attitude and aimed to provide quality work to my liking. Would recommend to any friends or family looking to transform their yard.

He was reasonably priced and his workers are phenomenal. I had a French drain put in. He knows his stuff and made everything seamless and great communication. Would definitely hire him again.

From start to finish, the entire process was professional, well-organized, and completed with great attention to detail. The driveway looks beautiful, and the landscaping has completely transformed the front of our home. The crew was hardworking, courteous, and took pride in their craftsmanship. They kept the work area clean and completed everything exactly as promised. If you're looking for a company that delivers outstanding quality and excellent customer service, we highly recommend them. They exceeded our expectations, and we have received many compliments from our neighbors. Thank you for a job exceptionally well done!

Had multiple drains from pavers and gutters going to a common pipe and out the yard. With 15+ years of gradual blockage, roots and debris obstructing sections of the pipe nearly entirely. PHM team provided a very competitive price and did fantastic work. The team was very careful and the final courtyard looked amazing

Now that the rainy season is just beginning again in our area, I was noticing quite a bit of water moving along both sides of our yard, which was starting to wash away the soil under our air conditioner pad and also washing the mulch from our yard into the sidewalk and common space in front of our house. Having new gutters and a new patio in the backyard was making things worse than previous years. Without doing too much research on companies in the area, I reached out to Marc online. Even though it was the weekend, he texted back almost immediately and we set up time to talk about the project over the phone on Monday. I was very impressed with his proactive communication, his professionalism, and he gave comprehensive recommendations on the work that was needed. The team installed 2 long drainage systems on both sides of the yard, tying in the downspouts from the gutters, and they did all of this in just 1.5 days. They even carefully removed and replaced some new flowers that I had just planted that were in the way of the new drain. I am very happy with the quality of the work, my interactions with Marc and his team, and the price was very fair. I would be happy to work with Marc on future projects as needed.

Amazing service. Only took 1 week from inspection to completion. Awesome workers and helpful attitudes. They installed two gutter drains to help with my damp yard.

My back patio has suffered from water intrusion whenever it rains since I moved in, as my pool deck slopes towards the house. I contacted PMH Services and the owner Mark came out. We discussed options and what could be done to mitigate the issue. He and his team arrived as scheduled to perform the work. The team was very professional and answered all my questions as the work proceeded. They cleaned up afterwards and explained any needed upkeep. After the first heavy rain which would have resulted in significant water on my patio floor, the area was bone dry. The drainage worked as designed and as well as I hoped. I would highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone in need of this type of service around their home or business. The difference before and after is significant.

Marc and his team did an amazing job with the landscaping in our back yard. We wanted a clean and simple “midwestern” with artificial grass. We couldn’t be more pleased. Marc’s communication with us was very good, pricing and professionalism was ideal. I would recommend PMH Services to anyone. Great job team!

Great attention to detail! During the course of solving my drainage issues, Marc’s team found some additional problems with my current downspouts. They could have ignored these problems and continued to do what they were contracted for, but they brought these issues to my attention, took the additional time and were able to resolve those pre-existing issues. Marc and his team were professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. They truly take pride in the work they do and believe in customer service. I highly recommend Marc and his crew!

After every heavy rain, my yard was soaked, and I was afraid water would start pooling around my foundation. I called PMH, and they came to the rescue! They installed French drains quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The results are amazing — no more standing water! Highly recommend.

Marc and his team are top-notch—prompt, professional, and incredibly skilled. It all started with weekly lawn care, where they did an excellent job keeping the grass cut and the shrubs neatly trimmed. Later, I decided I wanted a complete backyard overhaul. Marc is extremely knowledgeable about our climate and knows exactly which plants, shrubs, and sod would thrive in my half-shady, half-sunny backyard. They turned my awkward sloped backyard into a stunning tiered paradise with perfect plants. They even built a beautiful firepit on one of the tiers!Their attention to detail is outstanding, and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. I highly recommend PMH Services!

Marc and his crew took out a number of 3’ bushes from my front yard. I wasn’t able to be there when they did the work, but Marc was kind enough to send me a photo of the completed job. They left my yard fully cleaned, with all debris from the job taken away. I highly recommend them. Not only did they do a great job, they got me on the books much quicker than I anticipated. Thank you!

Great work as usual. Landscaping, sprinkler maintenance and replacements, and a full application of mulch for a fair price. I’m lucky to have found this landscaping company early last year and my yard has never looked this good.

2025-08-11T15:04:12.343Z

Great experience with PMH Services as always. I continue to hire them to do work on my property. Marc does a great job with the design and his team does a great job installing.

2024-12-04T15:49:07.382Z

Marc and his crew did an amazing job transforming our property. We did a complete overhaul of our landscaping. Removed all plants and grass and installed about 100 new plants, 15 pallets of grass, mulch, and installed exterior lighting. PMH was courteous, responsive, polite, and extremely hard working. They kept me informed the entire time. Would definitely recommend and will 100% use again!

2024-11-04T18:20:56.407Z

Marc and his crew were top notch. They were professional in their craft and care of my property. My favorite part was they cleaned up the work area and carted the debris away! With the landscaping in particular, Marc designed a setting that matched my environment. In the side bed leading up to the porch where nothing could grow, they made a great stone bed where I could put potted plants.Additionally, after hurricane Milton my backyard experienced some flooding. The crew came back in and assessed the situation and got to work to install the drain that you see in the picture. It required a great deal of concrete work and resetting the pavers, but it was all done perfectly and in less than a week. I highly recommend them.

A few months back, I was shopping around for some landscape design and lighting when a colleague recommended PMH. I gave them a call and after a few details I had agreed on a date and time for an estimate.Marc showed up to the estimate clean and well dressed, he spoke perfect English, and wasexceedingly professional. He made some great recommendations and later sent me a quote. The price was very competitive and reasonable. The entire job took PMH about 12 days and I was blown away with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was well managed- the small hiccup that was encountered was not anyone’s fault and was proactively communicated by PMH and my expectations were well managed.I honestly cannot recommend PMH enough- the landscape design was great, but the lighting was spot on- my backyard and pool area look and feel completely different. It was awesome, in this day and age, to find a company with such high integrity and excellent results. Will use again 10/10!
