I admire the attentiveness and communication this team has. There was a lot of moving parts in our loan process, but we were able to effectively and efficiently close on our new home in a timely manner! Thank you to Jay and his team.

We were told the interest rate would be a certain rate, but they were able to lock us in at a better rate. We weren’t expecting that until we received the closing documents. They underpromised, but over delivered! We’re thankful!

Jay and his team were great. They were very kind, extremely responsive and were always available if I had a question during the process. It was the smoothest home buying process I have ever experienced and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Thanks to Jay I was able to complete a home purchase which looked impossible with my previous mortgage company. He got the deal done in a timely and painless manor.

I really appreciated that Jay always took the time to answer any questions I had. I never felt like I was a burden nor did he rush me off the phone. As a first time home buyer, this was important. I didn't want to be treated as just another number and I never felt that way with Jay.

We refinanced with Jay and our experience was excellent. Jay is an '05 graduate of Ga Tech and a hellavanengineer financially. He knows his stuff! He walked us through the process with info on all that we needed to do and followed up when we had questions. We never were left out in the cold or felt orphaned. We got the absolute BEST rate and he worked diligently to give us the best closing costs. Hands Down he is the best in the business! He will get you funded quickly and even if your credit score is lacking, Jay can help you to locate your vulnerable areas with counsel as to how to get corrected within just a short time and be on the road to home owner ship. Use Jay! You won't be dissappointed!
