Peter helped us out with our appointment scheduling. The process was very fast and easy we were able to get an appointment that week. The technicians gave us updates via text that let us know our appointment schedule, when they were in route, and when they were done. Came on time, able to make appointment easily. Fixed a dead outlet where it wasn’t easily to diagnose. Unclear whether defect in wiring or not properly installed before - see dangling wire with kink and broken wiresbehind a drawer.

I found True Power after a google search suggestion listed them as offering quick 24/7 service. I was able to get a response from their team (Aiwa/Aiva) within minutes of submitting an online inquiry and had an electrician out to my house by the next morning! Peter (Owner) and Joshua (electrician who stopped by to assess) were knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. I look forward to receiving my quote and hope to continue working with them as what I’ve experienced so far has been a 10/10!
