Very welcoming gym. Every instructor I've had is helpful in their own way and always willing to help correct you and work with you if you are coming in without any CrossFit knowledge. Every one is very encouraging and you feel like you able to learn at your own pace and not feel pressured. Would recommend for people of all athletic skill levels.

Dropped in for a very challenging 40 minute partner grinder. Coach was very helpful in getting me set up and finding a partner for me. Gym was well supplied, clean, and organized. The class went very smoothly and the community was incredibly welcoming to me as a drop in. I will visit again when I am in the area.

I’ve been at Centermass Training Compound for over 5 years, and before then I would drop in on holidays and during winter storms because they were always open. It’s become my second home. I can’t say enough about the amazing, welcoming coaches and supportive environment. Everyone really wants to see you succeed, crush goals, and hit PRs. I’ve learned so much there, and the learning and growing never stops. I can now do things I never would have dreamt of being able to do 5 years ago. I don’t know what I would do without this place. It’s so much more than just a gym. Along with the daily workouts, they offer one-on-one coaching, a Strongman class, a Barbell Club class, and open gym hours. I promise you won’t be disappointed if you try out this place.
