They expanded my kitchen which involved putting in a 20 foot steel beam, put in new floors, redid a bathroom, a new roof, two decks, and replaced my damaged retaining wall. Freddy worked closely with me for any changes as the project progressed, kept me aware of changes to initial quote, coordinated all other contractors seamlessly, and made very useful and functional suggestions to the design along the way. He was always contactable via phone, text or email. His team is professional, courteous, and clean. "Down to the Studs Renovation" I am not one to write reviews, but this one is important. Last September I closed on a great co-op in Bronxville that boasted over 1200 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and lost of natural light. The only challenge was that it had not been touched since the 1970's. Freddy and his crew brought down walls and redesigned the entire place without an architect! I had a brand new place by December. His masonry, tiling, carpentry and lighting exceeded my expectations at a reasonable price. A&F stuck to the budget, the timeline and delivered. I highly recommend A&F. Ruth Less
