We had the best experience with gkontos for our roof project for our house on Dover plains They were incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We started this process believing we would need to replace our entire roof but they recommended only a portion of the roof. Quoted us a quickly and started the work asap. Lorenzo who oversaw the project was wonderful. He communicated with us all day, sent pictures, and made sure the project was finished, dumpster picked up and everything! Would highly recommend them!!!

Met three times prior to awarding the job to GKontos. They took the extra time to come back and ensure that the materials (including skylights) were exactly what we were looking for and replaced the current ones perfectly. Communication was superior with all members of their team. Roofing is not an inexpensive item, but GKontos was right on the same numbers as the other three quotes I had gotten.

From start, when they checked the roof both outside and in the attic, to finish, when the new roof was in place and the grounds entirely cleared of debris, the Kontos team was professional. We needed to redo our roof in order to install solar and this team did an amazing job. They also installed new gutters, downspouts and copper flashing around our chimneys. They didn’t all in one day!
