Inspectors either Ken and/or Lorenzo were onsite throughout the installation to explain, answer questions, and ensure the project was done right. Even George, the owner, showed up onsite to prove that he is involved and he cares! GKontos is not just a company... it's people you can talk to.

If only other businesses could follow this company's business model; all customers would be incredibly happy and satisfied. Professional, prompt, and friendly, G. Kontos exceeded our expectations. From the first phone call to the final walk around, we were completely satisfied by this company's business acumen.When we initially called to express interest in flashing around our garage door, we also mentioned we might be interested in a new roof. Firm dates and times were made for the flashing installation (which had to be accomplished before a new garage door was installed-- another project) and for a representative to visit and inspect our current roof.The flashing was professionally and efficiently installed prior to our new garage door's installation. Everything went seamlessly.Around this time, John came armed with expertise and brochures for our roof inquiry. After his professional inspection and assessment of our current roof, we decided to replace the roof and were given all of the options up front. Costs were determined after our choices were made, and all of this was done in an incredibly timely manner. There were no surprises and no hidden costs when all was said and done.G. Kontos applied for the permit from the town quickly and it was granted with celerity. The dates for delivery of the Dumpster and materials and then for the roof installation were given and adhered to. We were lucky to have perfect weather for the installation as well as sometimes one is at the mercy of the weather.Lorenzo oversaw the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof. He was always present during the job and was professional as well as friendly from the initial arrival of the installers to the final walk around after the crew left.The crew was professional, and their expertise in roof removal and installation was evident throughout the entire day and with the end product. They made certain everything they moved was replaced, and they also scoured the property for litter and roofing materials (including screws and nails) that might have been missed during clean-up. A magnetic roller was used for this, and it ensured that there was no damaging debris left.Carly from the home office was our anchor during the entire process from our initial inquiry through the garage door flashing and roof installations. Professional, kind and accommodating, she made the entire process run seamlessly.We are thinking of getting new gutters and were happy to find out that G. Kontos does this as well.Thank you to Carly, John and Lorenzo for an absolutely pleasant, A+ experience! We highly recommend G. Kontos.

These guys were great very fair pricing for the quality. They got the job done on time and worked very clean. They were considerate of my gardens and expensive landscaping and properly covered everything and worked carefully. John the sales guy always answered or got back to me quickly and helped set me up with the gutters I needed. Another guy Alex was present day of and made sure everything went smoothly and was properly cleaned up. Solid operation.
