We did a new roof plus skylights plus chimney rebuild with Gkontos. We are very happy with the communication and level of professionalism of everyone we dealt with, from the initial estimate to the work on roof and chimney. Quality of the work was excellent. They were easy to work with, and did a good job on matching brick for the chimney (specialized, not easy to do).

They replaced the roof on my home last year, and I was so happy with every aspect of the job, from the price to the communication to their thoroughness and quality of their work, that I didn't hesitate for a second calling them when I needed a new roof for my barn. I hired Gkontos to replace the siding and gutters on my townhome because I knew they only dealt in quality - quality materials and quality service. John was my initial contact who came to my home to do a walkthrough, take measurements and discuss all the options. Since I live in a townhome I have to adhere to certain colors and patterns. I provided John with the specs from my HOA, and he was able to source exactly what I needed. Once everything was signed off John reached back out a couple days later to confirm that everything was in motion with regard to getting materials and permits.I next heard from Carly when it was time to schedule, and she kept me updated on the start date and times. The day of the job materials were dropped off early, and the work staff were not far behind. They were all kind and were dedicated to the job; working straight hours with scattered breaks. You could tell they were there to work and were not slacking off at any time. Lorenzo was my contact during the construction. His communication was beyond satisfactory. I would receive a text that morning about the job; including his availability when off-site. Construction took 4 days and I was surprised they came out on a Saturday to work! I did not ask them to, and was surprised when they arrived. Once the job was complete I expected a final check-in on the phone with Lorenzo. Instead I was suprised that George, the owner, came by to personally inspect the work and the job cleanup. Before I could say anything he had noted that the crew needed to return and do another once over cleaning up as he found some debris and such not attended to; including something that had accidently gotten to my neighbor's yard. Lorenzo ended up coming by and getting the rest cleaned up and removed.I had heard great things about GKontos including seeing their work done on other houses. When I knew my siding was at its end Gkontos was my one call that I hoped would be the only, and not only were they the only call for my siding but they will be my one and only call for another other future needs I may have. From initial contact i was impressed as Dom was very personable and knew what he was talking about. My roof had issues related to workmanship on previous job and he was honest with me every step of the way. Ken and the roofing team were also great explaining their process from start to finish. The end result was a quality job from a team that is hyper focused on quality and workmanship. Dom checked back in during the job to insure complete satisfaction with the final job. Very satisfied with the job and glad we chose Gkontos for our roof and soffit needs.

Fantastic! Incredibly hard-working crew. Salesman John stuck with me from sales through installation; always available. Inspectors either Ken and/or Lorenzo were onsite throughout the installation to explain, answer questions, and ensure the project was done right. Even George, the owner, showed up onsite to prove that he is involved and he cares! GKontos is not just a company... it's people you can talk to.

I am very happy with GKontos Roofing, had an excellent experience with them. Wyatt and George and the whole team are awesome, very nice, friendly and easy to deal with. The crew was on time,very professional and they communicated everything I had a question on clearly so I always knew what to expect. The quality of their work was impressive—they paid close attention to detail and made sure everything was done properly. Their pricing was great, especially considering their high level of skill. I am extremely satisfied with their work, my roof looks great. Quality people, quality work, very trustworthy-I will definitely utilize them again should the need arise
