Jon came out and diagnosed my unit, he was honest and professional. He showed me pictures and videos where the problem was, he gave me quotes on repair and replacing. He had the history of my unit, gave pros and cons of each decision. He was not trying to upsell anything he just wanted to make sure my problem was solved and my family was not burning up during the summer heat. Highly recommend
