Would highly recommend Ryan and Wash Wizards! The tiles on our roof are Spanish clay tiles and delicate. Ryan uses a process that sprays the lichen without having to walk on the fragile tiles and cleans the tiles. We were really impressed with his service and will use his business again.

When I first met Ryan I felt comfortable, he explained everything in great detail and took the time to answer all my questions.The roof and house look great and ready to be painted.The job was done in just 4 hr or so and everything was back in order the same day. Wash wizards customer service was spectacular. We had gotten an estimate for a roof and awning cleaning, and although the funds for the estimate took months to get approved, Wash Wizards still honored the estimate even though it was expired. Their communication through the process ensured the job was done thoroughly and promptly. Highly recommend.

Ryan went above and beyond taking care of us! Not only did he provide a significant discount but he also offered to wash our gutters and other areas of our house without extra charge! He is very meticulous, took pride of his craft by taking his time, and provided constant updates during the process. I strongly recommend Wash Wizards for roof or house washing job!
