The crew from Journey Carpet Cleaning were in this spring to clean not only our carpets but they cleaned all our tile floors and LVT surfaces and did an amazing job. Being a golf course with high traffic and lotsa dirty shoes....it is amazing the dirt that accumulates on the time. At Trinity Reformed Church in Holland, Paul and Journey Carpet Cleaning has performed two cleanings for us. The first cleaning was cleaning the fabric of over 400 upholstered chairs - seats and backs. The second cleaning was the gym carpet which had several ground-in food and beverage stains. In both cases, the result was fantastic - stains removed and fresh looks and fresh smells. We love the fact that he uses minimal water, which is environmentally friendly. It also means that drying time is at a minimum. We are very pleased with his work and will be using him again this spring.

Paul did an incredible job cleaning our church's carpets! We hadn't had them professionally cleaned since sometime before Covid and they were terribly stained. He was extrememly flexible and easy to work with and he kept at the job until every last stain was completely gone. We've used other carpet cleaners in the past that seemed to do a good job, but the old stains soon reappeared. This has not happened at all thanks to Paul's diligence.He also stripped and waxed our tiled areas and made them shine like new. From now on, Journey Carpet Cleaning will be my first call both for the church and at home. Highly, highly recommend!
