The crew from Journey Carpet Cleaning were in this spring to clean not only our carpets but they cleaned all our tile floors and LVT surfaces and did an amazing job. Being a golf course with high traffic and lotsa dirty shoes....it is amazing the dirt that accumulates on the time. We are opening with a clean "slate" and cannot thank Journey enough for a job better than well done.

At Trinity Reformed Church in Holland, Paul and Journey Carpet Cleaning has performed two cleanings for us. The first cleaning was cleaning the fabric of over 400 upholstered chairs - seats and backs. The second cleaning was the gym carpet which had several ground-in food and beverage stains. In both cases, the result was fantastic - stains removed and fresh looks and fresh smells. We love the fact that he uses minimal water, which is environmentally friendly. It also means that drying time is at a minimum. We are very pleased with his work and will be using him again this spring.

Even before our appointment we received a helpful email to help us prepare for our carpet cleaning. Paul and David arrived promptly and made a friendly introduction at the door. They measured our carpeted area and gave a very reasonable estimate. They worked quickly and thoroughly to clean our carpet and a Persian rug.
