Tyler at GuardUp is cordial, professional, and thorough. We’ve been loyal customers for the past two years, paying monthly for their every other month treatments, and we truly appreciate the consistency and care they provide. Tyler went above and beyond by offering us a special, much-needed treatment as a loyal customer. We greatly appreciate his thoughtfulness and excellent service. Highly recommend Tyler and GuardUp!

We have been using GuardUp for a couple of years now and are very happy with their service! It's always either Rigo or Jose who come out to our property and they are both so wonderful! We appreciate having the same friendly faces servicing our property each time, along with the great quality of service we've received through the company as well as Rigo and Jose themselves.

Was very pleased with the guys. They were honest where other companies were not. Pricing much more reasonable than other companies we dealt with. Over all a good experience.

Been with Guardup Pest Control for about a year now and I would recommend them for their effectiveness in treatment, professionalism, and results. All of their technicians have been like Efran today they care about my issues with pests. It's always cool to do business with a local company. Keep up the awesome job guys.

Tyler was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The service was superb and fast. Tyler sprayed down my whole kitchen and part of my dining room due to a hitchhiking roach in one of my appliances. My expectations were more than met and he even went the extra mile to provide some extra spray for my wife’s car that transported the appliance. I would recommend GuardUp Pest Control to my friends and family.

Exceptional service from an exceptional person. Not only did Tyler go above and beyond, he also came out on a night when he typically does not offer service due to someone having an ant allergy. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone in the Los Angeles area.

I can’t recommend Guard Up Pest Control enough, especially Sergio, Juan, and Tyler. Sergio and Juan came out quickly and helped completely transform a house that had spiders, insects, and other critters inside and around the property into a home where my wife and kids can actually feel safe and comfortable. This is now my second property using Guard Up, and they’re the only pest control company I trust in the Antelope Valley.Tyler is my direct customer rep and has also been incredible with making sure all of my needs are taken care of. Between Tyler coordinating everything and Sergio and Juan handling the work at the property, the entire experience feels personal and dependable.I can text them directly about whatever issue I’m having, and they respond quickly, understand exactly what needs to be done, and know how to solve it. It honestly feels like having family in the pest control business—people who genuinely understand that the safety and comfort of your family and home come first. If you’re anywhere in the AV and need pest control, Guard Up is who I would call every time. Thank you Tyler, Sergio, and Juan!

Hector provided excellent service and was very pleasant, courteous, and considerate throughout his visit. I especially appreciated that he took the extra step of covering his shoes with plastic before entering the house—such a thoughtful gesture that showed how much he cares about respecting his customers’ homes. He also took the time to listen to our concerns about the pest issue, thoroughly explained what he found, and answered our questions clearly. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude made the whole experience very reassuring.Thank you, Hector, for your outstanding service and for going above and beyond. You are truly an asset to the company! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I strongly recommend GuardUp for your pest control needs. Justin, my GuardUp service person was on-time, professional, and engaging. Justin listened to my concerns and shared the service he would be providing. After he completed the service he confirmed what was done. I inquired about other services and he said he would have another member of the team call. Within a few hours, I received a call and my questions were answered. GuardUp exceeded my expectations.

Called guard up for a new property we are moving into, Tyler was awesome to say the least. He was at my property for an estimate in less than an hour. Gave me a great price on service and Efren the technician showed up that afternoon. He was knowledgable, professional and made me feel like I had one of my buddies at my house helping me out. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Local to the SCV area and very reasonably priced. That night we came home and immediately noticed a difference. Thank Tyler you and your guys are amazing!

GuardUp is a stand up company. The measure of a company is when you need them because of life's little emergencies and they are there for you. This past weekend was just such a case. The ants invaded and they GaurdUp rearranged their stops for the day to include us. Thank you so much to the GaurdUp team!!!! Weekend saved.

Tyler the owner came by my house one day years ago to earn my business. At that time I was using a national competitor and not really unhappy.I switched to GuardUp because Its important to me to support local businesses. After being a GuardUp customer for several years I reached out to Tyler for the first time since I signed up and I needed a little extra service. He immediately got back to me and resolved the issue same day only requiring about 30 seconds of my time.I know they are growing their business but its no surprise to me based on their best practice customer service and competitive pricing.I wish them all the success in the world and highly recommend them for your home.
