After dining twice and sampling numerous dishes, we have to say this is some of the best Chinese food we have ever had. The menu is inspired, and the extensive list of small plates made it fun, with so much to taste and enjoy. Their wine, though listed generically on the menu, turned out to be quite nice. Top notch customer service, a lovely dining room, and a warm and helpful staff make this an absolute gem. Definitely some of the best food we have had on Cayman over multiple decades.

I’ve been coming to Uncle Lou’s for a while now, and it’s always been one of my favourite Chinese fusion restaurants in Grand Cayman. However, they recently introduced a new menu, and we decided to try it for my birthday. Somehow, they’ve managed to make an already great experience even better!It’s rare to see a restaurant genuinely improve over time. Most either maintain their standards or gradually decline, but Uncle Lou’s has taken things to another level.The absolute standout was the pork dumplings. Hands down, the BEST dumplings I’ve ever had, and easily the best on the island! I’ve had them before, but this time they tasted genuinely ten times better. Absolutely incredible!The noodles were excellent, and the firecracker chicken was delicious, with just the right kick of spice. We also tried several of their fusion cocktails and mocktails, which were fantastic. The menu has a great variety, including plenty of vegetarian options alongside chicken, beef, fish, and other dishes, so there’s something for everyone.To top it all off, they surprised us with a complimentary birthday dessert, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the evening even more special.Overall, the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service were exceptional. Uncle Lou’s continues to raise the bar for Chinese fusion dining in Cayman, and we will 100% be returning! Highly recommended, especially those pork dumplings! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food is incredible , the drinks are delicious, the servers are friendly, the story of the chef is interesting, the atmosphere is great, and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend!

Hidden gem and best food on island. Discovered on our fourth trip to Cayman and visited twice in one week it’s that good. Pork dumplings and Peking duck were amazing but the star for us was the Dan Dan noodles. Incredible stuff. Cannot wait to go back on our next trip.

Lovely Chinese, small and elegant, food here was tasty, service was great and accommodated 13 of us easily as a party together, there was a karaoke next door part of the restaurant which we knew nothing about till we were there, it was a great surprise, so we finished the night with a great laugh there.

Our family definitely had a 5-Star experience at Uncle Liu’s Chinese Kitchen. All of the food and drinks were outstanding and the staff were amazing and super friendly! A dining highlight of our trip to Grand Cayman!
