We've just completed a double townhouse project with Pepper Constructions and wouldn't hesitate to build with them again. One of their greatest strengths is communication as they always kept us in the loop and would quickly respond to any questions/issues we raised. We are really happy with the quality and finish of the townhouses. A big part of that was having someone with Matt's experience and attention to detail overseeing the project on the ground. He suggested a few changes which has added so much value to the front unit and made it a better home to live in. These instances showed me that they are committed to achieving the best outcomes for their clients. It wasn't just a case of building to plan and moving on as quickly as possible. It shows that they care and we're really grateful for that. Thank you again to everyone at Pepper Constructions for your contribution to our project.

We cannot recommend Pepper Constructions enough. From the initial conversations with Sally (whom I can't thank enough) in the initial phases of getting everything organized, approved etc. This was a difficult build with so many approvals/ changes required due council requirements etc but I had a sense of comfort with Sally being there. Then Amber, who manages and keeps you on track with all the necessities and changes, it has been such a pleasure. Amber is super organized, knows everything and literally keeps you updated on everything. Everyone needs an Amber in their lives. Then Henri, Matt and the team are such professionals. The build was fantastic. Attention to detail, their craftsmanship, it's all worth it. There are no shortcuts. They do everything properly. I cannot thank the team enough. I wouldn't hesitate one bit to build with them again.

This is our second time working with Pepper Constructions, and once again, we’re very happy with the outcome. Matt and Henri were very helpful, professional, and always responsive to our calls and questions. Pepper paid great attention to detail, and both the building surveyor and independent inspector were impressed with the quality of workmanship. The team also went above and beyond to help us achieve our goals while staying within our tight budget. Highly recommend Pepper Constructions and look forward to working with them again on any future projects.

Pepper constructions are a fantastic and trustworthy builder who also work with quality trades. Our property has turned out better than we could have imagined. The entire team were always available for a call and their responses were always quick. The entire team also knew me by name any time I called rather than being a random number with a big builder. We had weekly communication and photos and were onsite with the builder fairly often to see progress of the builds. The build itself took longer than we expected but in hindsight this helped us identify maintenance items before handover. We would build again with Pepper.

We were previously building with Porter Davis and were in a lot of strife when we got the quote from Pepper Constructions. Pepper were amazing in not only handling the issues raised but just getting the project off the ground again after it was mothballed for a few months. Pepper Constructions' made the process of building really easy using the old Porter Davis quote and advising what they can and can not do.Communication with Matt and Henri was always positive and they always got back to me. That is not to say the build was perfect, but they were always both on hand to address the issues.We are very satisfied with our final build and while there are still a few minor issues I will be in communications with Henri to have these matters resolved.I would strongly recommend using Pepper Constructions again.
