Catherine did an amazing job helping me design my closet. She was extremely detailed, thoughtful and took time to get to know my tastes, our requirements down to the shoe size! Sarah was our sales rep/designer and was receptive to my ideas and gave feedback. She didn't hesitate to switch things around until I was pleased with the layout for each area. She turned around plans quickly and the company as a whole was flexible with our timeline for the remodel/addition. Dawson was great in reaching out periodically to see when we were ready. Their team of installers (who are employees) were prompt, efficient and were mindful of taking care of our home. I would use them again without hesitation.

Highly recommended. A++They took the measurements and gave us several options for the design of the closets/pantries in our home addition. Very professional and patient as we made several adjustments during the process.Install was a smooth process. We noticed that one of the closet organizers would not work as we intended; this was our fault. CC redesigned, rebuilt, and reinstalled the unit at our expense. They removed and installed the original unit in our garage at no cost to us.One of the pantry organizers was off center. CC rebuilt and reinstalled this unit to make it right. This was done at their expense.It sounds like there was a lot of problems but one issue was self inflicted by us and the other one was not. CC was very professional and helpful in getting things right. To me the mark of excellent customer service is how a company responds to problems. CC customer service gets an A++ rating.We love our closets and are thinking of reorganizing our bedroom closets. We will be using Carolina Closets when we do that.

We worked with Jennifer Minish, and it was a 5/5 star experience from start to finish. She transformed 4 closets for us in our 100 year old West Asheville bungalow. My favorite space she did was an office and it's now a whole-room walk-in closet.She met with us once, took some measurements, and chatted with us about our needs for the space. She sent us the plans she drew up, and they were so good we only made a couple minor tweaks. She made such great use of the space!!Six weeks later, the guys came and did all four closets in one day. It was a clean and professional process from start to finish, all the while exceeding expectations.After living in the space for a couple weeks, I asked the builders to come back to make two small adjustments here and there (the wall mirror was not flush with the shelf above, and I needed an extra hole for some wiring for a lamp), and they did so in a timely manner, no questions asked. I am SO glad I used Carolina Closets. It was worth every penny. Thank you Jennifer!

I am so impressed with Carolina Closets and Jennifer, our designer. We needed to redo our primary closet due to the builder's faulty installation. We were told that Carolina Closets would be able to help us. They certainly did. Jennifer listened to our concerns and came up with an amazing design that not only will fix our problem but maximize our space. We can't wait to see the finished product!
