Great service from an amazing local company!MES Nuneaton clearly takes great pride in providing excellent customer service. Andy has been fantastic from start to finish, and his team are brilliant.I’d especially like to mention Lucas, who truly went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with everything before he left. He was extremely patient and took the time to show me how to use the CCTV system several times. He was polite, professional and incredibly helpful, making sure I fully understood the product I had purchased and all of its features. It’s clear that Lucas genuinely cares about providing a great service and making sure the customer feels confident and happy.Well done, MES, for employing such a fantastic member of your team. Lucas is a true asset to the company!Thank you again for the excellent service. 👏

Had an alarm upgrade completed by Ollie and Jayden. The work went smoothly and the new system is easy to use and Ollie tookhis time explaining to me how it worked. The workmanship was excellent too.

Thank you MES,The installation of my House Alarm System upgrade was completed in a totally professional manner by Andrew and Lucas yesterday. Both were absolutely polite and completed the installation without any issues in a remarkably short period of time.Training in the use of the system was provided upon completion of the Installation.I would not hesitate to recommend MES to neighbours, friends and family should they have any requirements for the services provided by MES.Best regardsGraham TomlinsonNuneaton
